The book is very good and useful for professionals involved in KPI implementation project; the author decided to lead you inside the new SCOR DS framework not only from the theoretical and descriptive point of view, but also proposing a model for implementing it in small and medium companies, going through project management pillars and process simulation tool for supporting the needed business project reengineering activities to support the final business process version ("to be" status). Interesting and suggested.

The content appears excellent. It completely works and is accurate. But whoever did the grammar, wording, syntax etc. didn't do the author any favors. I found myself constantly rereading the sentences to make sure I understood what the author meant. Lot's of sentences strung together with semi colons. I literally have had this book for 15 days and could only get 30 pages in before I gave up. And I love to read! I feel bad for the author
