The Friendly Swede Swim GogglesWHAT'S IN THE BOX 2 x Swim goggles with L, M and S nose bridges 2 x Goggle Cases, Clear 1 X InstructionsTO PREVENT FOGGING No swim goggles can be guaranteed fog-free, not even ours. However, there are things you can do to minimize the risk of fogging Wet inside of goggles before use and wash with fresh water after use. Do not rub or scratch inside of goggles. Anti-fog treatment will wear off over time. To increase longevity of goggles, use anti-fog solution (available from specialist retailers). Saliva, toothpaste and baby shampoo gently applied to lenses can all be used as temporary measures but are not recommended as a long term solution. TO REPLACE NOSE PIECE1. Hold the lens and nose piece firmly, pull the nose piece up and inward, towards the center of the goggles, the nose piece is quite snug and may require a bit of effort.2. After you have selected your preferred size, align the nose piece with the opening and simply press straight in. You will hear a clicking sound when inserted properly. Alternative nose piece removal:1. Use a pen or a similar pointed object. Locate the nose piece pins on the underside of the goggles. With the point of the pen, carefully and slowly push the nose piece out.NOTES Check lenses for scratches and cracks carefully before use. Very occasionally, silicone straps may cause skin irritation. Consult with your doctor if this occurs. Do not look at directly at the sun when using goggles. Avoid storing goggles with silicone swim caps as colour transfer may occur.

Two for the price of one!
My two daughters 14 & 12 needed new swimming goggles after have various pairs that didn’t fit well or leaked, looking at the good reviews we went for this ‘pair’ of goggles, one back and one clear and have to say we are not disappointed! The goggles came in a nice presentation box and on opening them up, both goggles are in a nice protective case which you can keep the goggles in.The goggles come with 3 different size nose spacers that you can swap out - these were extremely fiddly to take out and put back in but eventually both my daughters felt comfortable with the smaller size. They have tested them and already commented that there are no leaks and comfortable to wear, so overall - very happy! If you found this review useful, please click the helpful button - thank you.

Finally - high quality goggles !!!
I have waited 2 months to write this review as I have been let down so many times in the past by goggles that have not lasted very long before becoming problematic. This time I wanted to be sure before writing a review that I hope will help others.Firstly, I spend on average around 5 hours a week in the pool so I needed goggles that would exceed the capabilities of past purchases that have repeatedly let me down. Be it poor quality which break far too easily/quickly or ones that are advertised as anti-fogging only for them to lose this feature after a couple of weeks.Secondly, having a broken nose that never healed straight, I find it difficult to find comfortable eye-wear be it glasses or goggles. The last few pairs I have had have left marks on my nose and even taken the skin off which never healed whilst I was still using them. These goggles that I purchased from the Friendly Swede have had extensive use on a daily basis for 2 months now and have given me no problems whatsoever. They are comfortable, they fit well and they still give me as clear vision as they did the first time I put them on with no fogging issues. As a regular swimmer these are the best goggles that I have ever purchased and I would urge anyone to purchase these because you will not be disappointed. I don't think you will find a better pair than these and at such a fantastic price too.

My Mum says they're good too.....
These goggles are brilliant. I started my swimming carreer on 1st Feb folling back injusry and can no longer run, so I am serious about swimming and every morning I go to the pool and work on my form and trying to get my front crawl right. I bought some goggles at the pool, togz or something, soon as I put them on they steamed up. I thought it was to do with me being a big steamy chap who runs HOT when excercising hard, and that goggles which dont steam up didnt exist. Well I was wrong these oddly named Friendly Swede goggles are bob on, they dont steam up and I can swim for nearly an hour now, and during that time I dont need to take them off as they are comfortable and of course they dont leak either. I got two pairs for £14.99, gave a pair to mum old Mum who is keen swimmer too have been a lifeguard in her younger years and she says they're really good goggles too, so if my Mum says they're OK then it must be true. Only down side is they are mirrored, so look well cool but lets be honest we dont really have a problem with the sunshine in England, in an indoor pool so I would have preferred just palin clear ones but they didnt have any.

I've had better
The suction is so strong, the first time you put these goggles on they feel like they're gonna pull your eyeballs out of their sockets! Once you get used to that initial feeling, they are ok (not the most comfortable goggles I've tried but ok nonetheless). My main issue with these is that after 2 wears, they started fogging up and are now useless to me as I can swim only 10m before I start to struggle to see out of them. Their saving grace is that you get 2 but I would have preferred to have the choice of which 2 colours

Possibly dangerous
I always struggle to get goggles to fit. I initially thought these were great. They felt comfortable, I could see clearly and no water was getting in. However, as someone has mentioned before, the suction is immense. When I took them off I had two red rings around my eye, my sight was slightly blurry on one side and my right eye is bloodshot and hurts. My eye actually feels bruised even 24 hours later. I therefore question the safety of these goggles. I think I’m going to have to return them as I don’t think I can risk this happening again. I’m really disappointed

Comfortable and no loss of suction
Very happy with these goggles! First time wearing them I sucked them to my face too hard and ended up with panda rings for a few hours after. I've learnt now not to do that anymore and conciquently no panda eyes! As a contact lense wearer I worry about goggles letting in water but these have been a dream. The goggles come with three different size nose pieces to get a good fit, however this said my husband who has been using the dark pair hasn't managed to find one that doesn't sit on his nose.

Probably the best goggles I've ever owned - and great value too!
I've been a regular swimmer (in indoor pools, not open water) for almost 40 years, and these are probably the best goggles I've ever owned, and - at £9 for two pairs - the best value for money too. They're very well designed: an extremely comfortable fit (the durable straps are easy to adjust and three different size nose pieces are supplied); they almost never leak; and they don't fog up (at least not yet - I've been using them for just over a year and there is no sign of the coating wearing away).Of course, you can't expect them to last forever. but I've paid three times the price of these for goggles in the past and they haven't lasted as long.Overall, I'd unhesitatingly give these goggles my very highest recommendation.
