I was nervous getting a couch I haven't seen or sat on, but I am glad I took the gamble.Price was good, even with the added shipping cost.It came in 4 boxes which were easy enough to move by myself. Once unboxed assembly was a breeze, the 3 sections get bolted together with the back and sides just sliding into place.It is comfortable and feels sturdy enough, the color is very accurate to the pictures. The fabric does pull easily, so if you have cats you may want to put a cover over it, and you also want to be careful with any objects that could pull the fabric.Overall I am happy with this purchase

Love seat was easy to assemble. Sturdy built and looks good after assembly. My only issue with it was 3 boxes was delivered on the first and the 4th box did not arrive until 5 days later. The companies service department was great. They tracked down the missing box and kept me informed. That kind of service alone would encourage me to buy from this company again

I bought this couch for my camper. It is a comfy couch but the cushions don’t line up so be aware it may be a hit or miss for you. Kinda upset because it was about impossible to get ahold of anyone so I just dealing with it. It is cute and comfy though

The boxes came on time. You have to wait for all 4 to arrive. Packing was intact. Wiped the boxes since they had dust on them that made me sneeze. Directions are simple and easy to follow, and the box of screws and nuts had more than enough to put the attachments on. I did put the sides on first as directed but ended up taking them off to get the backs down completely. You should hear a click. Couch is firm and if you are tall probably too short, but for me it's perfectly. Slight smell, so I am airing it out for a few days. I assembled by myself.

The fabric and color are nice however unless u plan on sitting straight up during every use you will come across a few problems. Not good for leaning, or laying down. Also sheds fabric often without much use. The recliner is nice to sit on but the sofa is pretty stiff.

Very heavy furniture to move on your own but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I have a puppy and was worried about her nails with it being faux leather. Where her nails have scratched it, it almost seems like it's self healing! I'm happy with it.

As others have mentioned, it's an extremely cheaply made couch and chair that are not even level! Right hip sinks down further than the left one and is very painful. I have invested multiple hours communicating with them many times, and they continue to change what they previously said, and what we previously agreed to, to send me a smaller refund. After trying to get me to keep this. essentially, for Mother Earth, i do not see that it's built to last any significant amount of time.
