Dear Customer, Thank you for your e-mail. As you can see from title, this case is for iPad Pro 12.9 Inch 2018 release (3rd Gen,Model：A1876/A2014/A1895/A1983). Not for any others.

Q: Do you experience any shedding with these brushes?

I haven't experienced any shedding at all. I use them daily sometimes twice a day. I also clean them every other day, usually my brushes shed after cleaning, but these haven't.

Q: how do you clean the brushes

Regarding cleaning your brushes, start by rinsing the bristles in warm water. Do not soak as the water may loosen the glue binding or damage the handles. Apply a small amount of gentle shampoo, (baby shampoo is great), then massage into the bristles with your fingers. Be gentle but thorough. Rinse your brushes well under warm, running water. Keep rinsing until the water runs clear.Gently squeeze the water from your brush and return the bristles to their natural shape before laying them flat to air-dry on a towel. For the quickest air-dry, place them on a dry, clean towel or a lint-free surface. Do not place the brushes under electric or other dryers as it can end up ruining your makeup tools. Avoid using the brushes till they are fully dry.

Q: Which brush would be best for liquid foundation?

I haven't tried these with liquid foundation as I don't wear foundation often. I use the biggest brush for powdered face makeup. But if I was going to use one for foundation I would used the next size down from the largest one. Hope this helps.
