I love this watch! It does exactly what it's supposed to do and it has a good app to go with it. I usually don't take a shower with my watch on, but I have a few times. It did fine, but I did leave it in the bathroom with me. It's been hot lately so a I didn't need a real hot shower. I was up early a few times and took a hotter shower than usual. After looking back and talking to customer service, the steam in the room or shower can get into the watch because steam has smaller particles than water. This may be what damaged my watch. They were so helpful. I called the number in the box for customer service and left a message. They called me back within an hour. I did everything they suggested and it still didnt work. They then put me through to technical support. The issue was still not resolved, so they sent me a new watch. I will be leaving the watch in the other room when I shower next time.

The media could not be loaded. I freaking love it. It feels so light on the wrist. The vibration is strong and adjustable. It has an alarm clock, I can receive phone calls, it takes blood oxygen and blood pressure! I was able to customize my screen on the app and chose a picture of a loved one. I love this watch so much!Update it’s been 5 months my watch screen won’t work anymore. I never bumped it or anything. It will vibrate as if I receive a text message but the screen don’t show me anything. I plug it in to see if it’s a battery issue but it does nothing, I’ve tried multiple outlets. What a bummer I had really thought it would be worth it.

Watch was great for the brief time that it worked (6 weeks). The battery life was great. Paired well with App. Screen clarity was perfect. Almost everything I wanted. The biggest reason I chose this watch and brand was because it has a swimming mode. When I took it swimming laps for the first time, it immediately began to glitch. The screen bounced from one mode to the next by itself. After letting it stand out for a day, I tried it again, but now the screen has no display. When I plugged it in the display came to life showing a charge status, but would go back to a black screen when unplugged. The buttons no longer activate the face. I let it stand for another day, and now it is completely dead and not even responding to the charge cable. Disappointed.Update: Seller reached out and gave full refund. Great service. Was skeptical about receiving WhatsApp message with Pakistan country code +92 (often related to scams) but I did receive refund within 2 days.

Just steps alone are way off. Not great amount of good watch faces either. The one I liked they mispelled the word steps. However the watch is nice looking. I got the white so please with appearance. I don't keep my watch on all the time just touch the button when I need it so far battery is going OK. I may try the always on during the day to see if I like the battery usage. BP is off. Bpm hrate seems right and oxygen sensor is good as well. Have not used it on sport mode just yet so can't speak. But if it way over states the results like steps do then I won't think of buying it again. The need nicer digital faces that are not cluttered looking with full date and year, temp, hr, steps and time and of course battery. Who ever designed the faces needs fresh input. Use the teal color more. UPDATE Ok the Hrate is going off like serious afib. But my oximeter and blood pressure cuff are saying normal. So the sensor has gone crazy. It's going back as I needed this feature the most.

Excellent option for Nursing/Hospital use. Great quality, a variety of settings and faces. Just an all around excellent product at a great price.

UPDATE: The watch band is a complete nightmare. It grips to everything which leads to it coming un done all day long. I bought this watch for my wife who told me she wasnt into wearing a watch. Its been a little over a week and she hasnt taken it off. She loves it. for the price this watch does everything. I bought the mans tank M2 for myself. i loved it so much i bought this for her. I take calls on my watch ! Make calls plus so many more option. So many watch faces. All the features work great. For the price i have people that have the $$$$$$ watch telling me there switching and I one of these. Most important it so easy to use. So easy

My wife loves it. Only took a year to talk her into getting one. It's durability is good "my wife is clumsy" so thats a must. Easy to set up"she didn't need my help". Battery last about a week. She loves the sleep tracking "we are now in competition, let the sleep games begin". She really likes the fact she can put custom photos on the background screenShe gets to see our grand babies every time she looks at the time.

Does a lot of great things including great battery life but does not stay connected to Bluetooth..literally have to reconnect it everyday
