Great value & very easy to follow instructions!
I was not expecting such clear and planned out instructions! The fastening hardware is separated and labeled into each numbered step, which is paired with a well-illustrated and easy-to-follow instruction manual. There is even a QR code which will take you to a video showing how the pieces go together. I am a middle-aged mom and I put it together myself. The bench is sturdy and is a great value for the money. My 6.2 son uses it daily and loves it. We have not had any issues. (The Olympic weight bar in the picture is not included.)

Sturdy with lots of exercise options
I purchased this weight bench in December 2023. I got this one because it had so many options to train at a great price. No issues with shipping - it arrived a couple days later in great shape with nothing missing. My 14-year-old son put it together by himself in a couple of hours. I have been very impressed by this bench. It is heavy and very sturdy. The material is durable. We love it. So glad I purchased it. I highly recommend it.

Very Good, but READ my "bad" section
I have this bench for about a week. For the most part, I am extremely happy with it. There are a few things that could (should) be changed about this offer, but nothing that should prevent you from buying it.The Bad:* Marketing. Images and the link describe this bench as 900lbs capacity. This is an extreme exaggeration. The manual and stickers on the bench (depending on where its placed) clearly state no more than 205lbs. I am guessing that the marketing department was totaling the weight stress points to try and generate sales. VERY DANGEROUS! This oversight is not that big of a deal for me. I personally do not need that much weight. But for all the gym rats out there that think this will be sufficient to get ready for the next Mr. Olympia will be wasting their money.* Speaking of marketing. I did not find any mention of suggested weight set forms to use for this bench. Pictures clearly show 2 inch weights being used and seemed logical considering the 900lbs statement. The leg curl system has a 1 inch beam that is only capable of holding 100lbs. The washer that is welded to the beam is slightly over 2 inch in diameter. I ordered my weights, then came back and looked at that area and realized my weights may slip over that beam washer. Luckily it didn't, but still would have been nice to know for sure. ie. 'This bench can be used with 2 inch diameter weight sets ...'* In addition to the 2 inch controversy, I almost ordered the most cost effective weight bar. Luckily I looked at other comments and realized that the bar I almost bought would not have fit for this type of bench. This bench should only be used with a 6 or 7 foot bar.* When laying down on the bench to perform presses, the leg padding for leg curls is very awkward to get around. The simple solution is to simply remove the top pad while laying down on the bench seems to solve this.* Speaking of awkward placement of things. The arm curl rest HOLDER is also in a very awkward position and sticks up abnormally when using the bench press. However, this does not interfere with my exercises. Its just very awkward. The Good:* This bench is very well engineered. Just PAY ATTENTION to my first 'Bad' comment and do not overload the bench with weight.* Assembly was a lot easier than I thought. I got nervous when I could not find my personal hand tools and all I had was the tools that came with the bench. Those tools were a little awkward, but I was still able to assemble the bench in about an hour without any issues.* I purposely purchased this bench because it was one that came up in a 'small living space' search I did. I live in a small two bedroom apartment on the second floor, so space saving was very important to me. I must say that this bench is exactly what I need for space conservation in a 10' X 12' room. Conclusion:Overall I am happy with the purchase and I should suggest it for people that are looking for space conscious equipment. Key things to consider. I personally am only 5'6", the leg curl mechanism is just about right for my size. I probably would not recommend this bench for some that wants this leg curl feature that is over 5'8". Also, remember to consider that the max weight that this bench will probably sustain is about 205lbs on the bench press.

Great Build Instructions
This is a good solid kit, and it comes with very easy instructions to get you through the build in about 90 minutes.

Great quality for great price
I love the fact that this is a NEW weight bench, not a used one like I was going to initially purchase due to the price. The price on this weight bench for what you get is pretty great. The quality is nice, the bench is comfortable and everything was easy to assemble. It came with all of the parts needed and it did come with tools as well. The only thing that I would recommend is that you have a socket set on hand (it makes it faster to put together of course).

A Sturdy Bench
The Bench is very sturdy. My 28 year old son and 16 year old grandson enjoy their workouts on this Bench. It provides versatility for their workouts. Its comfortable for me to do low impact workouts at 58 years old. This Bench gets used daily & still looks brand new. I'm very pleased with my purchase have & would recommend it to others.

Home gym
Our family bought this weight bench for our 16-year-old's birthday. Overall, it has been a great upgrade to our home gym. We have stacked 250+ lbs on it with no issues. As you can see in the picture, our son added wood blocks to raise it up a little for his long legs. While we are both 6'1", I (dad) do not like it up higher as it stains my back while benching. It is sturdy, can store extra plates, and the curling pad works well. For price and size, it has been a good fit for weight lifting in the basement.

Does not come with plates and bar
Very nice but does not have the weights that are in the photo and that they promise. The nuts were a little to small for the bolts and therefore were difficult to assemble. But other then that its a very solid bench press and definitely worth it. Just make sure to also order weights and a bar to go with it if you don't have one.
