Great Glass Teapot
I’ve had this teapot for 3 months now & love it. Wanted to get a glass one because every metal teapot I’ve had has always turned funky inside. I did get the larger 34 oz size & am glad I did. It just fits nicely on the gas burner. The smaller size would’ve been too small & toppled over. You do need a potholder or towel to hold the handle while pouring water out of teapot as the glass handle does get hot. Great teapot. Would buy again if needed.

One cute teapot
I’m giving 5 stars just on the look alone. My daughter got it for her bday and hasn’t used it yet I’ll update when she does (if I remember of course)

Cute, as well as a solution
For coffee, a good substitute for a glitchy gooseneck electric kettle. The digital temperature controls on my electric kettle are beginning to glitch. I was looking for either a small glass electric kettle or a small glass carafe or something that I could use to boil water in the microwave, see that the boil had begun, and go directly to pour over my one delicious mug of coffee. All glass electric kettles were really too big. I came across this and it’s great. Remove the lid and steel filter thingy and it’s fine for the nuker. Put the lid back on to pour over to limit evaporation during pour time. Very satisfied.

Not bad
The media could not be loaded. The great: Its really attractive to the eye.The handle truly does not get hotUNLESS you have the handle sitting over the burner. The borosilicate glass allows for fast heating and cooling without worry of cracking from sudden temperature change. The not-so-great: I purchased what was listed as a 60 oz pot.I suppose you could tey and squeeze 60 oz of water into it but you can't boil 60 oz of water in it. My video shows 48 oz of tea boiling. If I added more water, it would splatter out of the pot. I'm not sure of the metal quality on the bottom of the bamboo lid and while I appreciate the covering to keep the bamboo from warping, if the metal isn't stainless steel it will likely oxidize and I'll need to replace the lid. Bottom line: Its a beautiful pot made of very good borosilicate glass and if you dont mind less tea than advertised and replacing the lid in the near future, go for it.

Came broken
The item came completely shattered in the box. When I tried to get it refunded I was instructed to send it back. I was not going to send back a box of shattered broken glass so I was just out the cost of the item.
