I had been suffering from serious lower back pain with my old mattress to the point where I was developing nerve issues in the back of my left leg. A simple cough while laying would shoot a pain behind my knee that was excruciating. I finally upgraded to a new,extra firm mattress and initially felt immediate pain relief. The nerve issues disappeared, and I was getting some great sleep. But after about a month,the back pains returned, and were becoming quite unbearable. I read that a mix of a firm mattress with a plush topper could help with what I was experiencing, so I took a gamble on this product.I will off the bat admit that I still have a rough night here and there with some lower back pain,and soreness in my hips if I lay funny. But after about a month with this,the good far outweighs the bad. It’s very comfy,not too thick to where I’m struggling to get up, and although the supposed lavender scent fades pretty fast (once in awhile it’ll come back a lil strong but is gone again within a day),the purchase has been an overall win.I got this for a full sized mattress, and although the box says to give it 48hrs to fully unfold and “inflate”, mine was ready to go within the same day I got it (arrived just before 1130am and I went to bed at around 11pm that night). Anyone with a larger bed may need the full 24-48hrs so keep that in mind. Also I live alone,and don’t need to accommodate a second body regularly adding their weight to this,so I can’t say if this will offer relief to any couples experiencing similar pains.

This mattress topper does wonders. It did take a couple of days to reach its full potential. I have a big booty which makes my back arch on most mattresses leaving me with lower back pain. Since I bought this mattress, I don't have any lower back pain. It is so comfortable but most of all it has helped my body out so much. I will say, it is a little hard to toss and turn throughout the night, but that is ok. I will be buying this topper again and again. 10/10

Absolutely amazing. Was very skeptical, but since I already had the Lucid mattress I figured it was worth a try. My hip pain is gone & I’m actually sleeping through the night. My previous bed was a Purple Mattress, which I loved, until I no longer did. I hope this helps some of you.

We put this on top of a very old and firm mattress at our parents home for the guest room - it now feels like a new mattress! We love it - just make sure you also purchase a mattress cover to go on top

I started with the 4" topper, the blue one. Way to thick for a plush topper, for me. Was stuck in a marshmallow, lol. I now have the 2" topper, lavender infused. Perfect. The fragrance is subtle, but nice. The softness is great and it is not so thick that I sink. I sleep on my side and wanted a little more relief for my hips and shoulders. My back is happier, too.

Purchased the 4 inch with lavender, it smells awesome, it sleeps good and comy too. Great price for the product!

Lavender scent doesn’t last long (smelled great for about a month then no scent at all) doesn’t really do much for pain relief as far as I’m concerned. It is comfortable. Good sleep quality

I had mixed feelings about this one as some reviews were not so good. I also didn't know how many inches to go for. I decided to go for the 4", lavender infused, queen size. The mattress arrived vaccumed sealed, it was easy to roll out on my bed. It looked deformed and I wondered if this will work out. When I rolled it out it also seemed to be short on all sides and didn't know if it will expand to a full queen size. The instructions said that it will take 48 hours for it to expand. Yet, half an hour after, it was expanded the way you can see in the pictures attached. It arrived around 1.30 pm and went to bed at 11pm. Now, I have back issues and every morning I wake up with pains and aches and I need a firm support. Soft beds tend to make matters worse. I was so surprised on the comfort I felt. I don't think I have ever slept in a most comfortable mattress. My body had support in the areas that needed it most and yet I was feeling as if I had fall on a cloud. I didn't want to move! I'm usually a side and stomach sleeper and I can never sleep on my back. I will have pains and aches and can't fall asleep. Well, let me tell you!!! I was on my back when I firt layed on it. I almost fell asleep in 5 mins. It usually takes me 30-45 mins to fall asleep. I was able to sleep very comfortably on my back, sides and stomach. I've never being able to have such a good sleep in all positions. NO pains and aches in the morning. My back/shoulders/neck feel very happy. For the first time in ages, I stayed in bed for 2 hours after I woke up. I just didn't want to get up. I LOVE IT!

I have been staying with my child while he’s recovering from major surgery. For weeks my back and hips were in so much pain from sleeping on the sleeper chair provided at bedside. I purchased the twin size and cut to fit the chair. I’m so glad I did. Since then, I wake up ache free! This is definitely worth the money. Lavender scent was light and faded after about two weeks which was a bonus for me as I don’t do well with strong scents.Whether you’re contemplating this for a makeshift Bed or in your home, I highly recommend this topper

I purchased 2 of these toppers as camper mattresses. The max size I can use is 3” or my pop up camper top doesn’t close properly. I looked at a ton of different options but based on the good reviews here I purchase them. As camper mattresses they were not great, I bottomed out immediately (I’m 5’5 110lb female) my camper base is plywood so I tossed all night and woke up pretty achey in the morning. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and decided to try it as it’s intended use as a mattress topper on my sons old hand me down mattress, I still didn’t find it comfortable, nor did my 7 year old son. It compresses to nothing so you just have flat compressed foam under you. Since I had 2 I thought I would try both on the mattress but it didn’t make a difference (other than the height of 2 -3” toppers on the mattress).I have tried them both so I can’t return them, now Im stuck with 2 dbl toppers that I don’t know what to do with. I would not recommend these toppers, I have heard future foam is better.The lavender is also fairly intense, it’s not necessarily unpleasant and I’m sure it dissipates with time but I found it very perfumery and overbearing. I covered them with fully enclosed mattress protectors and it still smelled very strong.

5 stars for the product itself. Although, the lavender smell is completely nauseating after a full night sleep. After reading the reviews I thought it was more of a faint smell. That is not the case. I woke up with a headache.. BUT I also woke up in the same position I fell asleep in. Which is a win for me. As I normally toss and turn all night. Only regret was not getting the unscented one.

I thought a firmer mattress was supposed to better. After two rounds of physio for back pain with a good time relationship to my initial (bad) mattress purchase I wisened up to the fact that maybe, just maybe, my pain was exacerbated by a too firm of a mattress. It took some getting used to the foam topper but I must say that within just a few days I wasn’t prematurely waking up in the early morning with pain. Within a month, my back was feeling 90% better. Somebody needs to do an RCT on back pain vs firm mattress control and mattress topper.
