Like many people, I am spending more time than ever on my laptop - reading, zoom meetings, emails, yada yada yada. This Yoga Wheel is the perfect way to stretch your thoracic spine gently in the other direction.It takes a little getting used to. I would recommend viewing a few YouTube video demonstrations to get the idea. I started by placing a folded towel over the yoga wheel to make it a little softer, but I don't need to do that any more.The size is about the same as an iRobot Roomba vacuum (see photo).It's a great value and a great product! And it comes with matching foam yoga blocks, straps, and another piece for stretching your hands behind your back. I think it's for when you put one arm over your shoulder and the other down, and then try to touch your hands. I haven't tried that yet. Highly recommend.

I needed the blocks, because I'm old and inflexible, but I had no idea what the wheel was all about so I thought I'd give this a try. The block work great. The strap is well made and comes in handy when I can't reach my toes or control a wayward body part. The handle thing is pretty good too. I've also used this to reach my toes...it's like trying to rope cattle, but it actually works very well. The wheel.....I don't know if I'm suppose to be between the ages of 18 and 24 in order to use this or if I'm just a hazard to myself (probably). I have mixed feelings. I think it is a good idea and theoretically believe that if you are the right age, it may actually do something for you because you can still move in different directions at the same time. But I'm 44 and that ship has sailed. It kind of hurts and there is no way on God's green earth that I'm going to be able to do anything resembling the poses shown in the directions it comes with. So you know.....if you're happy just making it through a yoga class without having to make a trip to the emergency room, maybe skip the wheel and go for the blocks....blocks are good.

I’m a yoga instructor and had another yoga wheel which I paid double the price of this package for but I no longer have it and missed the back stretching and cracking the wheel gave me so when I was online ordering blocks and a yoga strap separately, I saw this package and replaced what I was individually was adding to the cart with this package. I am honestly pleasantly surprised. The wheel is not as sturdy or as wide as my previous wheel but does the trick and the block is fine. The strap is shorter than I like but again will do but the handle bars which I use to stretch my back and arms was a nice surprise as it was not common to my usual yoga regimen. If you need accessories to your yoga practice without spending an arm and a leg, I highly recommend.

I started using these in my Yoga classes a few months ago. Still look very new and good. The only issue is the band is a little short but it works. Great quality for what you pay.

I saw someone review the brand name version of this wheel, and I knew I couldn’t afford the real deal so I decided to take a chance on this lower cost alternative. I honestly don’t know how the brand name could work any better than this one does. It’s grippy, it does the job, and cracks your back. It also comes with accessories I never thought I’d use. I got this for back pain, but because it came with yoga blocks and a yoga belt, I decided why not try doing actual yoga and that’s also been helping. Not sure I would have started if not for these random accessories lol, I recommend this kit if you’re looking for a more affordable (maybe even better) alternative to the famous brand name.

Great price for a beginner bundle, love the colors you can chose from and wheel was made strong.

I like just the wheel because I don’t really need the blocks and the other stuff. This wheel is really sturdy and a very good exerciser for back pain especially those who are recovering from major back surgery like me.

Love it... I weigh 350 lbs and this piece of plastic cracks my back effortlessly. I'm trying to get into yoga, this helps. Would recommend.

The colours are backwards the picture for the pink ships you the purple. Kinda annoying my bad for looking at the picture not the colour description

Picture is very misleading. I chose the pink color yoga wheel based on the picture and a purple one arrived. Now I see on the listing that the pink picture is listed as purple and the purple picture is listed as pink. Disappointed at the poor attention to detail to the product listing.
