Absolutely Perfect - I Should Have Purchased This the First Time!
I went with customer recommendations for a previous stand to hold my new 32" computer monitor - I needed a specific base to fit my desk area so I could place my mouse alongside the right of it. But try as I might, that stand would not support it, even though its advertising claimed it would, but it drooped horribly, and no tightening or realignment of the bolts would work. Browsing on my own for another, I decided to spend another $30 and give the Perlegear stand a try...and boy, WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Perlegear says it would support up to 34", and my 32" monitor is now tilted to the upright position that I needed - the other stand failed miserably...and it's now firmly locked into place. Not only that, Perlegear supplied a whole series of different size screws, spacers, and washers to make sure that their VESA plate could be properly attached to the back of the monitor. The previous stand only came with a couple of different screws, neither of which worked. I had to dig into my box of screws in the garage to get their plate attached. I am LOVING this one! To conclude, if you want a high quality, solid stand that will support up to a 34" monitor (with CLEAR instructions to assemble it written in English), get this! Perfect? No, but great for the price.
So I bought this to put on a 32" TV that I use as a monitor. Of course the little legs that came with the TV provided zero adjustments for height, tilt or swivel. I used it that way by propping up the front of the feet to provide some backwards tilt. I finally got tired of that and decided it was time to buy a proper stand. Now the stands that come with most monitors are generally a little nicer then this one. Normally you can adjust the height by simply pushing it up or down with minimal force and they'll stay were you leave them. On this guy, you have to remove a bolt and move the monitor bracket up or down a set of slots and replace the bolt. This isn't an issue for me because I don't move this monitor around and don't really need to adjust the monitor height - if you do, this could could be a deal breaker for you. I do occasionally adjust the tilt or swivel and those two things are easily accomplished. BTW, a lot of factory table top monitor stands don't proved a swivel capability, which this one has. The stand is plenty sturdy and easily supports my 32" monitor. It came with a pretty good supply of hardware that I suspect will be more then adequate for most installations and it was very simple to assemble. I needed m4x20 screws for my monitor and of course it came with a set that was too short and a set that was too long. It was no big deal to use the supplied spacers with the longer screws to make it work. The next time I'm in a hardware store I'll either buy a couple nuts so I can thread them on the screws before I cut them shorter and then take them off to straighten out the threads or I'll simply buy four new screws of the proper length. For the money, I think this is a great little stand, I'd buy another if I needed one.

Very good monitor stand
This is a really good product. It was easy to assemble and it came with a lot of extra hardware which was needed in order to correctly mount the VESA plate to the monitor. The height I set it to exactly matches my other 2 monitors which was exactly what I wanted. It worked perfectly for my 34" curved monitor.

works well
Works well, the height is not adjustable for the main rod itself, however you can move the mount itself up and down on the rod. It is very easy to put together. Once the mount is on the monitor, it is very quick and easy to move it up and down the stand, and also detach the monitor from the stand. The material is very sturdy, and the base is a very thick glass, and holds the monitor well. It is also at the same time compact enough to put it apart and store it in a closet.

Surprised...I Like It - Even with a Small Quality Issue
Surprisingly, I actually like it. I was looking for vesa stand matching my monitor in color with a pneumatic slide for height adjustment that spports 32+ inches and 25 lbs Having found none, I purchased this as a stop-gap measure, but I find myself liking it more and more each day. I may even get a second one. When considering the stability, appearance and price, I feel like I must rate it 5 stars. The only negative is that one of the screw receivers had issues with threading; I had to tighten it with a pair of pliers that I coated with Plasti-Dip. Obviously there are dome quality control issues, but it seems to be well-designed and should last years.

JUST WHAT I NEEDED
Excellent! I especially like the black glass base that gives the stand a modern look. The stand is easy to assemble with more than enough screws and washers to handle almost any monitor style. The only thing I felt I had to adjust was the monitor swivel from side to side. That was way to loose for my taste but was easily adjusted by tightening the appropriate screw. This was a good buy!

Decent for the price.
This stand is decent for the price. I used it to mount a 27" monitor vertically and it had the height and stability I needed. What isn't great is the amount of movement in the slot-mounting system. The slots aren't perfectly cut, so I had to shove some cardboard into one of the slots to get my monitor plum. There is a lot of play in those slots. I've never had this problem with tube-clamp style stands, so I kinda wish I'd gone with something like that again. Anyhow, this gets the job done with a bit of rigging - I'll be keeping it.

Easy to install
I ordered 2 of these. They are easy to install and work great. They tilt and turn and are adjustable up and down.
