Looks nice
I bought this to keep backpacks and shoes off the floor. It looks nice and does what it needs to do. It was hard to assemble; I needed to hire someone to finish the 2nd to last step of attaching the top and bottom pieces after struggling with it, but that's because I am pretty small - the man I hired had no trouble getting the top and bottom pieces together. Other than struggling with that one step, it was fairly easy to put together, and took about 3 hours. Once in place, it looks nice and is functional. I was not particularly happy with it being particle board as it does tend to chip, but right now it looks nice in my hallway. Do take note - the shelves on the bottom are NOT adjustable; they are fixed "shoe cubbies." That's important if you were thinking of adjusting the shelves. Overall it is nice, functional piece of furniture.

We loved it
A year or so later still holding up great! We have 5 kids and this is perfect! We would buy it again! My husband is very handy so he was able to put it together with ease.

Exactly what I was looking for!
The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a shoe organizer for my entryway, and this one fit perfectly. One thing I loved about it was the size of the shoe cubbies—they easily fit my size 13 shoes, which I worried might not fit in other organizers with smaller compartments. Assembly was a fun puzzle, and overall, I would highly recommend this product.

You get what you pay for
Love the look of this in the picture, everything arrived in 1 box. Obviously had to be put together, it's smaller than what I had envisioned but still nice. My only issue is with the shoe storage, if my kids are sitting on the bench and place there feet on one of the storage spots and pushes it easily comes apart. I have 5 year old twins so they have little legs that dangle and naturally want to put their little feet in the compartments. Wish there was something to make it more durable. Also it's compressed wood so not top quality. It will work for now, it's only been a few days so I'm curious to see if anything starts to fall apart. Pictures to come!

Nightmare to assemble
Can not be assembled by one person. Trying to attach the bottom while the cubbies are freemoving as you try to line up both pegs and cam posts was frustrating beyond belief. This product seems to have been designed by someone on a computer who had no practical construction experience. The plus of the price and good quality was totaly negated by the assembly experience.

Amazing
I am so thrilled about this piece of furniture. Finally my family can organize our backpacks, purses and shoes and not just drop them at the door, table or couch. Good quality, sturdy, beautiful, and arrived early. Really happy!

SO many dowels
Just spent the day being tortured putting this together. If you like lining up 18 dowels with 10 cam rods just to put on one piece this is for you. I love the way it looks when put together but getting there was a struggle. The entire shoe cubby area is held together with weak dowels. It shifted while assembling and 4 dowels broke, with only one spare dowel in the package. I made it work so now two cubbies are double height. Metal dowels would have been so much better in the shoe area.
