INCREDIBLE. But so many butts.
TL/DR bottom line:I absolutely love this skateboard. Tons of power, great control, and portable enough to carry around on my skateboard backpack. AND WORKS GREAT AS A SKATEBOARD EVEN ONCE THE BATTERIES DIE. That checks all of my boxes for the best most portable EV skateboard on the planet. (I even choose it over my OneWheel half the time for cruising around downtown.)I've been waiting to review this until I put some serious mileage on it. Now that I have, I guess it's time. First things first: I've been skateboarding on and off my whole life. I've never been that good, but I have decent balance... and this thing was terrifying at first. That's normal- don't give up!Some key pointers that I still use every ride, mostly based around safety:1) Safety is KEY to having fun- even the adrenaline-based kind. So please wear a helmet. And read on.2) Keep more weight on the back foot - if you hit a crack or a rock with these relatively small tires and you are too weight-forward, you will go flying off. And on that note, watch out for cracks and rocks and sticks and things. This is in no way an all-terrain skateboard. Watch where you are going, but always keep an eye on the pavement too.3) I know I'll get disagreement about this, but never ever go 20+mph. Flying off an object (board, bike, motorcycle) at 20 is enough to kill, depending on where and how and what you hit. I have 4th gear shut off in my app, so I'm never even tempted to use it. Even 3rd gear on flat road gets up too fast, in my opinion. The tires are just too small and can't handle obstacles, like bikes or scooters or even OneWheels can.A few things I don't like:1) The app has no option to track your route, which is sad. I would love that ability.2) Turning the remote on sometimes fails to turn the board on, and you have to hit the board's power button manually. Not a huge deal, but annoying.3) The app sometimes loses my setting to lock out gears (as I talked about above), and I have to re-enable it. Not sure if that's my app's problem, or what. Might be a fluke.4) I have constant fear of remote control battery loss. I'm always checking it. There is obviously no way around that with a remote-controlled board, so I don't know why I'm complaining. I just wish there was a solution, like it charged wirelessly from the board while you were riding. Ridiculous, I know. On the bright side, it lasts a long time, and warns you of its percentage when you turn it on.Lastly, being able to carry an extra battery that hot-swaps out in seconds is incredible (and not super common), but they are so expensive I haven't bought one yet. This thing already goes so far on a single charge I haven't needed it anyway.

Only Buy An Exway
You already know why your buying this board, it is the number one electric skateboard in the world right now. It has no competition, no one else offers the same quality and features at the same price. Im not even aware of another board that has a changeable battery other than Exway boards. This is why it is so important to buy an Exway and is the exact reason why I picked an Exway. If you watch videos online, everyone says the same thing. They are the only company with good customer service. Amazon messed up my order and I reached out to Exway, they had me a new board shipped the next day and at my door step the day after that. They also fully refunded my money before they got the other board back. No other company does that. In an age where customer service is just about dead, it seems like customer service is the cornerstone to Exway. They will bend over backward to get you your board and make sure you are happy with it. they respond to your messages within hours not days. just remember this, if something happens to your board or something goes wrong with your order you better be buying from a company that provides good customer service. My experience with Exway was a 10 out of 10. Also the board is even better in real life. extremely fast, can go 12 miles all day long and climbs up hills as if it is on flat ground. it is extremely easy to program the board and when you get one it is so hard to get off it. when I am traveling across my college campus, I take the long way now just to make the ride lasts. It use to take me 15 min to get from one side of campus to the other, now I can go from one side of the school to the other in 2.5 min, that is how fast the board is. Only buy an Exway board, there is no one who can compete with their product!

Broke after 1 month
Traction was bad. Fell of more than once thanks to the awfully wheels. Suked on wet roads and to make matters worse the device that make it move broke in just one month. I can't returne it so I figure I would complain about it.

Best mini board option on the market
This is my 4th eskate and probably favorite so far. It’s voted the best mini board in the eskate Facebook groups, which drew my attention. I wanted a mini board that was belt driven for more wheel options. If you haven’t owned an eskate, this wheels are a massive pain to find and belt motors give you way more options.Battery swapping is a massive plus and a rarity on mini boards. Haven’t tested the range yet but regardless I’ll be buying a second battery.Drivetrain interchangeability is a really unique feature. Not interested in hubs right now but love that I can change them out if I want.App customization is another factor that sets it apart; if you don’t like the feel of acceleration/breaking you can modify it in the exway app.The kick tail feels great, really snappy. Concave deck is more comfortable than others I’ve tried. And the grip tape is slightly cushioned, which I can appreciate for longer rides. I’ll update this review after some test riding.Built in tail light works perfectly, and can also be customized in the app (colors, animation, etc).Only minus is that it did not come with headlight; but it’s kind of unclear whether it’s an optional add on or supposed to come with the board, so I’ll give exway the benefit of the doubt because of overall quality. I sent them an email and hoping they’ll ship me one! Wink wink @exway
