Very good product, exceeded my expectations. I have always wanted to have such a device that connects mobile phones and TVs. When I first saw it, I thought that such a good price would not have such features and quality. However, when we received it, I used it to connect within a few minutes. Our equipment started working and the video turned out really well.

One way to connect with a Samsung. Not a very versatile device. Would not buy again.

It worked well until it stopped. I used it every day for work (as a teacher), but it eventually stopped working

I bought this item because it showed that you could cast your paid for program to your tv and no where did it tell you that you had to pay them a monthly fee. So that's why I'm giving it a low star.

This device allows you to plug into an available HDMI slot on a TV or monitor. You can mirror your screen from an Android or iPhone. It is simple to use. It gives you on screen instructions along with QR codes making it easy to set-up or obtain the manual. It gives you the ability to set it up on your wifi where you can go to the IP address it tells you to make additional changes. I love its simplicity and ease of use. This is helpful if you want to go wireless, for example, and you are using a projector to give a presentation. You can send your devices screen to the big screen for all to see. (the sound goes, too!)

I must have been under a rock for awhile because I always wanted one of these but didn't know they existed. So yea we have wireless HDMI here. And this thing works flawlessly. I repeat, it's literally working perfectly. You plug this into an hdmi port on your TV, attach a usb cable, just like your firetv stick. but For this one you get the benefit of sending a wifi hdmi signal from your macbook to your googletv it's simply just another hdmi input. Working great for me for HD video and there are no issues, it worked right away.. pretty impressed!

EDIT: I've changed my mind. Once I started trying to watch my movies via most popular movie accounts, I hit a dead end. This device does NOT support Google Chromecast.... so if you're looking for such a device, you are much better off paying/ordering a unit that will support copy-written entertainment. I retract the rest of my original review, which read: (If you're like me - you have ALL your favorite premium (paid) networks/channels on your phone. Doesn't it suck that you are forced to watch your favorite channels on your phone instead of on your hotel TV whenever you are on the road? Well, wait no more! This device lets you cast your phone channels to your hotel (or HOME) television in places where the hotel chain you are staying at has not yet caught up with technology. One day - you won't NEED this kind of device when traveling... but until then, get one of these so you aren't stuck with THOSE same 13 local channels in a sub-standard part of the universe.)
