I purchased this rechargeable reading light as I needed one for being able to read my paperback books at night. I do have a small rose dome lamp on my bedside, however it isn't an actual lamp, so doesn't provide adequate light, enough to be able to read, like a lamp would.I mostly don't find this a problem, as most of the time I read on my Kindle, which obviously has adjustable back-light, however, i have the range of the Disney Twisted Tales books in paperback, as its a really great set to keep, & i often read for hours at night, so for this reason, I really needed this book light.After browsing several here on Amazon, - i ALWAYS thoroughly research any product I buy on here, always looking for the best quality, & of course, the best price, & best value for money, - & this was the one which I opted for.It arrived speedily, which was great, it arrived well packaged, & presented, in a box.Its very sturdy & well made, so of good quality, its simple to charge, via a standard mini USB cable which is included, - which is great being rechargeable as no need for having to replace batteries, - the charge also lasts really well, & the led light is bright, which its brightness can be adjusted to suit, so is perfect for its purpose. The clamp is sturdy too, & is secure when attached to the book, & you are able to bend the light head at an angle to suit, which also stays in place.I am very pleased with this purchase, & would deffo highly recommend. Its also a great price too, - very affordable, - & deffo value for money!I hope you have found this review helpful, 😉

THIS LIGHT OMG i adore it and use it everyday, the settings are ideal (i prefer the warm one) and the brightnesses are so good and bright. the charge lasts long, i use it most evenings and it lasts maybe 3-5 days?when the battery gets low the light becomes dimmer, but it charges fast so i don’t mind honestly, and the base part is too chunky for a book (unless u read chunky books) so i clip mine to the headboard of my bed. the clip is very reliable and grips well.i attached some photos to show a bit more of it.the light is made up of 7 LEDs, 4 are cool light, 3 are warm light, and the middle warmnest setting is a mix of these.the “neck” is nice and flexible and holds its shape well.GUYS ITS HONESTLY A GREAT PURCHASE GET IT.thank you to the seller!

Works exactly as described. The dimmest settings in each colour is adequate usually.In fact losing the brightest setting for an even dimmer setting would be an improvement.Press once for 'on', then press once briefly for a brighter setting; there are three levels of brightness (off, dim, medium & bright, then back to 'off')A long press gives a different light colour, repeating this for a total of three colours. Within each colour, brief presses cycle through the brightness settings as above.The weight is far less than I expected & isn't noticeable even after an hour or two reading in bed laying down (not propped up) so would be fine for bedbound. As well as clipping it to the book, one can settle it on one's chest clipping it to the duvet or chest hair for stability, or sit it on a bedside table.The flexible neck works perfectly, allowing bending & some twisting too.Another improvement: to be able to switch it off without having to cycle through the other two brightness settings, as the brighter settings at night can dazzle or maybe awaken others (however just cover the lens with a hand if this is a concern).Battery has lasted maybe 6 hours more without recharging so far, but it's unimportant as it's so easy to plug it into a micro usb cable to recharge it, and we've all got phone chargers these days.Definitely recommend this!

I was in need of a light for reading in bed and so I took a gamble on this one due to the low price. It arrived with clear instructions on how to use it, meaning I was able to get going with it straight away.I was immediately impressed by the strength of its brightness! At full power it can light up the immediate area, but I find that the first 2 settings is usually enough to be able to read comfortably at night. The three colour options are helpful, too, allowing for a warming glow as needed. The flexible neck holds its position without issue, and the sturdiness of the clamp makes sure it stays firmly in place.In terms of battery, I was able to get around 7-8 hours use before it needed charging again. It does become fairly obvious when the battery is low as the strength of the light falls considerably, even on full power. It does take a fair few hours for it to go back to full, but leaving it during the day to use again at night has worked well for me so far.I've been so happy with the light that I have since started using it for more than reading, using it as a precision light whilst cleaning up and painting miniature models. It's definitely one of the better budget buys I've made, and would recommend it to anyone needing a simple yet low-cost lighting solution!

A great little product. Lightweight, flexible and easy to use. I use it for reading at night or in dim lit rooms. Having the light shine directly on the pages, means I don’t have to strain my eyes when trying to read in rooms where light isn’t great. Also, it is flexible so you can move the light to whatever distance or angle you please. There are also different brightness settings although I prefer the brightest led type light than the warmer white light. I was so happy with it that I bought one for my mother as she often reads just before turning in for the night. It came charged already so can be instantly used but you do have to buy a usb plug (if you haven’t got one already) to be able to charge it up. I tend to use mine at night and charge it during the day. I’ve only had it a week so I can’t comment on longevity of the product, but for the price, it’s an excellent tool to make reading easier.
