Great starter engraving machine!
Great machine, incredibly easy-to-use interface from the app, a little low sometimes on strength when doing silver and golden metals, but I know it is not a fiber laser, however a very good machine to start with.

Great investment!
I love this little laser machine! Great investment! It is compact and portable, but powerful in its ability to produce amazing results! I have engraved beautiful pet tags, coasters, and various accessories and looking for more items to cut and engrave. Can’t wait to get the slide extender to expand my laser world.

F1 2in1 laser that I hope I make money!
It’s packaged so it is easy to assemble what needs to be.The instruction book had good graphics so you knew exactly where each cord went. The tutorial was helpful but I wished it didn’t go so fast.I am really going to like this it’s compact doesn’t take a lot of work space.I just wished it had a manual of step by step instructions for beginners. But there are a lot of videos you can watch to help out.

2 Machines = 2 Faulty lasers
I wanted to like this product so bad because of its ease of use and portability however the first machine I received IR nor blue light laser would actually work which I assumed was a slim chance of happening. I returned and replaced the product and got a new working machine....for one day. This was not user error, the IR laser started strong. But after three projects, it became noticeably weaker. On the 4th it stopped working all together. After numerous tests both the IR and blue light lasers stopped working again for a second time. This machine has not been reliable by any stretch of imagination. understandably you get what you pay for so if you would like something to actually be able to do the jobs you want look at spending upwards of 3K. It's hit or miss at this price point I hope others have had better experiences and I really wanted to like this but there's no way I could do that. I considered upgrading to the F1 ultra but what's the point if the company quality control is this bad? I would rather not spend three times the money for the same awful quality.

Incredibly Crisp Engravings, Incredibly Fast
I own several xTool lasers and decided to add the F1 to the lineup for my studio work. I have been thoroughly impressed by how well this laser works for my needs. The first big project I tackled on it was a run of customized anodized aluminum cards to create tokens for a game. The level of fidelity in the images it produced- the clean sharp lines for text, and even the incredibly detailed greyscale without using a dithering mode were really incredible and were a huge step up from attempting the same engraving on my D1 Pro while also being about 10 times faster. The framing tools were invaluable for being able to lineup the chipboard jig I made for project, being able to see exactly where the bounds were all at once made it so easy to get everything dialed in. The option to have the framing go to the exact shape of the design has also been very useful for some of the other projects I've run on it.The speed on this machine is crazy fast - it's fast enough that I haven't hesitated to incorporate customized parts into more aspects of my shipping materials like mailer boxes and envelopes as they each finish so quickly it takes so little time to make stuff a little extra cool. The air purifier is also a great addition to this device, it's really great to be able to run the machine on a table behind me in the studio and not have to stress about the smoke. All in all this is a really great device that has helped streamline and speed up a lot of the parts of my business I was using lasers for in general.

Amazing and easy to use
This engraver is amazing and super easy to use. We engrave knives to give to customers and what we paid to have them done by another company was crazy. No brainer and super easy to use.

Very nice set up for the money
The directions are meh, but there is alot of literature online for how to set it up for different materials. It works well and if you get the aux button, batch making is a breeze. The laser is accurate and gives really intricate details.
