I did enjoy painting this picture , its more realistic than a cartoon figure . I did however alter the mouth slightly , getting rid of the dark spot on the right side , the paints were all good with some left over . I prefer using acrylic retarder to thin some colors especially for larger areas . Before painting I like to glue the canvas to a canvas panel board , makes it easier to paint plus fits perfect in a poster frame for about 10 dollars .Did you know that this picture is a mimic of Johannes Vermeer painting of { Girl with a pearl earring } from 1665 .

Turned out great. Some of the numbers were very hard to make out I used a big magnifying glass. Even the paper with the design was hard to read the numbers from. It did have creases when I received it so I ironed it as much as I could then used a spray glue and glued it to a 16x20 canvas board and used a putty knife to get all the creases and wrinkles out making sure not to cut or tear the fabric. This made it very easy to paint and easy to put in a frame like I did. I would have given it a 10 if the numbers were easier to read.

This little Kitty was pretty easy. She turned out so good & I love looking at her. Kit came with everything you need, just buy a regular picture frame (on Amazon) and slip her in behind the glass when finished. It might help some to buy a blank canvas & staple this onto that frame to paint.I would definitely recommend to almost anyone except small children. I am doing the Godfather cat now and I’ve got the other 3 Cats in my cart!!I’ve done over 50 pbn’s now, I would give this one A++!!UPDATE: I purchased the Maid, Queen, & soldier Cat paintings also. They came with a 10 piece set of paint brushes each! I have completed the Cat without earring, Mona Lisa Cat, & Cat Godfather.I think these are ALL so adorable!! They aren’t the hardest, but there are small areas. These paintings take around 20-30 hours each to paint well.I believe a Teenager could complete with enough patience. Paint, canvas, brushes (10 set), etc. are very nice! I ironed on back first before painting.Turned out amazing!! I would highly recommend!

This project is hilarious and I was excited to paint it. I was so glad that I received exactly what it looks like on the product page. Some PBN’s pull a fast one on you with the product pics.The paint was smooth and the canvas feels nice. With the exception of the whiskers, there weren’t a lot of small sections, and the numbers were clear. The brushes that come with it are higher quality than other kits I’ve received. That was nice too.The Meowna Lisa is really fun project.

These are my absolute favorite paint by numbers. I LOVE the animals that look like people, their paint is great and easy to work with, the canvases are a good size, the numbers are easy to distinguish most of the time, and the way they section them off and have bigger blocks makes them easier for people who don’t have as much experience or aren’t looking to sit down with a magnifying glass and headlamp to paint. A lot more relaxing than a lot of other brands. I wish they’d make more animal people!

Item comes folded and I can not get the creases out of the canvas. Paints needed multiple layers, but otherwise quality was good. Brushes held up through the entire process. Numbers and lines are very faint. If you have trouble seeing at all I would skip this one.

Well, I love the picture, and most of the paints are decent quality-I’d say 1/3 I need to go over with a second coat, which is expected for the price. But I’m a little disappointed that some of the colors are off from the posted pic. Update: I’ve gotten farther and although the colors are off, it’s looks pretty cool! 4 stars because I bet it’s look better with the colors in the original
