He had a ball spending around and goes pretty fast even in the grass🥰. We had it since Christmas but needs new rear tires. Can someone tell me where to get them

I got this for my son's birthday, it ran for 5 mins and then would not turn back on. I contacted the seller who asked me to send photos and check all the connectors. I had already done this but double checked everything and did as they asked. The go cart still would not run, they asked me to send a video of the non running go cart to show them the issue. (I'm not sending a video of a gocart that won't turn on because they already waisted a lot of my time.) I contacted Amazon for a return where I was told I needed to take the 89 pound go cart in a box to a return center pay for everything then be reimbursed. This is ridiculous because I can't even get a box that big or lift it in to my car. I'm now waiting for the seller to figure out how to do a home pick up so I can get my money back and get my son a working birthday gift. So once again save yourself the money and head ache and don't bye this pile of junk

The media could not be loaded. As soon as we received it, we noticed it wasn’t working well. So we contacted the manufacturer, tightened down everything as advised, and one week later it completely gave out. We’ve been provided a shipping label, but have to pay additional shipping costs of $75.The idea of the toy, is amazing. When it drifted around in the cul de sac (the few times that it worked), it was nothing but laughter from the kids. But it didn’t last. And the sadness from the boys, and the irritation for the parents, isn’t worth the cost of the toy.We were offered parts to replace the defective parts of the tobbi toy, but it was estimated to be over a month of waiting since it had to come from overseas.Because we purchased the insurance, we were able to return the toy, even though we’re going to be out an additional $75 with ups shipping. Otherwise, we’d be getting parts and hoping for the best with weeks in between the fixes.Listen to the reviews. We didn’t. Learn from us.

Exelente calidad, y velocidad, mi niño lo amó, lo único malo es que suelta la tapa de la batería constantemente, Pero olvidando esto, para un niño de 5 a 8 años está genial

The first day we charged it all Night per the instructions. We were able to right it for about two hours and then we put it away. We went to ride it the next day and it was dead. We charged it over night again and tried to ride it but it was completely dead. Customer service was easy to speak to and they did refund us for two new batteries. We’re just waiting for those to come in. Hopefully we have better luck!Other wise it’s super cool! My 5 year old son absolutely loved it!

We charged it as per instructions but after a couple of days of trying to ride it and then charge it at night it started dying faster and now won’t turn on.

The caps for the wheels pop off often. The charger also is super flimsy and has to be messed with to actually charge the battery. My kid loves it but it probably won't last long.

Attempt to return 250$ return fee for returning... child in picture is 7 years old... total scam paid 350 for item. And free shipping, now I have to pay 250$ to return.... total scam
