I got this red light therapy for my girlfriend because she wanted to try it as many of her friends have a red light therapy mask. To our surprise it actually works amazing. Firstly, one of the biggest merits compared to a mask form is that it’s a large panel and you can see it for any part of the body from head to toe. The quality of this product exceeded our expectations. The stand is sturdy and strong which makes it portable, the remote is easy to navigate, and the panel covers a large surface area. The protective goggles that came with it works well too. I think it’s beneficial for sports enthusiasts like ourselves or anyone’s who’s physically active as it helps with pain relief, muscle soreness, back/shoulder pain and heals wounds/injuries. Secondly, we would like to see the effects in a long term for skincare problems. My girlfriend is hoping to see positive results in evening out her skin tone and texture and reduce fine lines and heal acne scars. She’s really hoping to see aesthetic improvements for her skin especially her acne scars and pores. The whole experience is very therapeutic and relaxing and she’s been using it every morning and night. The warmth that comes from the light feels very nice too and it was a great investment. Overall, we are excited to use it more and observe more benefits of this red light therapy.

I really like this red infrared light as it has really helped me feel more comfortable after work. I’m always getting sores along my neck and back after a long day, and resting doesn’t always make it better. This set includes a large panel to cover a large portion of my body with the light. There are a lot of modes you can pick from depending on how much of the effect you want. I usually stick to 3-5 as its just enough and has a nice warm to it too. It works a lot easier than I expected. As it can be portable, I don’t need to worry about it constantly taking up a lot of space even when I’m not using it. I can store it away and take it out after I need it. Positioning is a little complicated as it can be a little unstable if you don’t have it in a good direction. This red light is really calming for me and helps a lot with my sores. It keeps my energy level up, and my body calm and comfortable from a long day.

This is a handy health tool. The light works great and it is easy to adjust the time and intensity. The long cord makes it easy to use the light anywhere. Like others, my biggest issue is with the stability of the post/base and the lack of secure tension in the adjustment knobs. You must make sure the light is orientated over the base or the lamp will fall over (unless you put something heavy on the base). The post from the upper adjustable arm to the straight pole on the base is very short so don’t bother trying to pick the light up anywhere except from the straight pole. The adjustable knobs don’t hold the position which is annoying and limits how you can use the light. I love the benefits of red light therapy but this light is a little finicky to deal with.
