This is a very good overall networking kit for home or small office. My only recommendation is to have an option to add more RJ45 connectors at a price or to change the type of connectors from unshielded to shielded connectors(with rubber caps). But even without that, you cannot go wrong with this kit. I highly recommend this kit. Now coming to individual items in the kit(1) The crown goes to the crimping tool. Very sharp blades, and very accurate sheath removal cutter.(2) Ping tester - works flawlessly, 2-speed modes (bonus - 9V battery is included in the kit)(3) Connectors - 10 of them for free, unshielded but they have a good build quality (bonus they come in a box to keep them organized)(4) Punch tool - I haven't used it yet but if you hold it in hand you'll realize they are not cutting corners to deliver in cheap.(5) Co-axe stripper and generic stripper - Very sharp blades, I used it just for trial and not on actual work.(6) Screwdriver(s) - one Philips head and one flat head screwdriver. They are made up of good quality steel and rubber. The handle feels comfortable and steel is hard enough not to chip while using on tight screws. But I would try this on very tight ones as they are very comfortable and don't want to ruin these.Final bonus - all comes in a nice canvas bag/pouch and elastic stitched pockets to hold the items in their specific place and kit the kit organized.

The crimper doesn't press hard enough on the RJ45 connector and the teeth don't align well with the connector.No matter how much force is used or care taken, afterwards the cables are loose in the connector and the connector contacts are left damaged.I've used lots of different connectors from different sellers, so it's not due to a cheap or poor quality connector.Rest of the kit is fine. The case is nothing special, but nice to have. The crimping tool is the most important part though and, in my case, was not fit for purpose.

Kind of all-round-toolkit! Problem is zero instructions and twisted pair (orange and green) etc very annoying to waste various T10 plugs before discovering that this could've been included for NO MONEY!

It is exactly what I needed and when I needed it. The quality of the product corresponds to its low price, but it is fully usable for the occasional home user, which I am.

Bought to finish off my home network install - cheap and cheerful but perfectly good enough for what I needed. I havent tested the punch down tool as I have a professional one left over from installing the keystone jacks. The tester is very useful to ensure all 8 cores are connected correctly.Crimper worked fine for terminating some CAT 6 solid core cable which is probably one of the more challenging applications.

This is a good, basic kit which will enable most users to make off competent Ethernet ends, test connectivity and strip cables. It does what is required without costing the Earth. Seller is good and communicative. Well worth the money.

Great kit and used to find and sort a fault on my network.Haven't used most of the tools but the ethernet test meter is very usual (battery is included) as is the punch down tool.All in all a recommended bit of kit

It looks the part and does the job. I already used and it saved my internet connection to my pc. Tester works great as well. I like the added wire strippers and the 2 screwdrivers. I can use the kit anytime I need to fix a computer/laptop or strip wires when I install subwoofers. All and all good looking and useful piece of kit.
