THIS IS A MUST FOR ANY ASPIRING EA!
I’m only half way through this book and I feel I have learned so much already! It’s like a step by step of EVERYTHING you need for an EA role, organisational heaven. I bought this book as an insight to the role before I enrolled myself on an EA course and now I can’t wait to get started. A well written and easy to follow guide.

This book lifts the lid on what a CEO's assistant does for her executive.
I bought Maria's first book and highly recommend that, so I was keen to purchase the follow up. Executive Assistant Mastery is a great read and I'm using it daily. It touches on so many things that EAs need to know, with expert advice from someone that clearly knows her stuff. As an EA its sometimes hard to benchmark the level of support you provide, because you don't know what other EAs are doing for their execs. This book lifts the lid on what a CEO's assistant does for her execs, and its impressive.I've started the 43 Step Process and am part way through. My boss has noticed the differences I'm making already and is a big fan of 'The Firebreak'. I'm building my 'Bible' and am currently on the 'Planning Christmas Gifts' section - which is timely! The 43 Steps are great, I'm being guided on a path to mastery, and I'm in a safe pair of hands, thanks to Maria. Can't recommend enough!

One of the most useful EA books I've read.
This is a must read for Executive Assistants of all levels, it's absolutely packed with value and insights from someone who has been there and done it, at a very high level.I've read many EA & PA books in my time and this stands out as the BEST one I've read, not just because of how well it's written or the information included, but the fact every section includes actionable points you can use in the real world (something 90% of books on this topic miss out on).Well done, Maria. I'll be recommending this book to every EA/PA within my network.

This is like a bible to me ☺️
I loved both the books and have found them so helpful on my journey as a junior PA and for starting my own business. I literally have sections tabbed and highlighted because they are so helpful ☺️.The books as I said have been like a bible to me and so so helpful. Can’t wait to read the next one ☺️

Basic
The book is too basic, it does not lift the lid on life as an EA (which is being a true business partner to your CEO) it tells you how to do basic PA admin tasks such as putting public holidays in the calendar, blocking free time for urgent calls that come in, or creating a bible of info about your Executive or a travel checklist. I wasn't sure at times if the book was meant to be satirical. Also typos, you're/your - attention to detail is paramount as an EA.This book would suit someone just starting out as a PA. Massively mis-sold.
