Embroidery thread
I haven't used any of them yet, but I love the colors.

All different colors
I liked that the center tag is not glued on to the actual thread like other cheap brands. Bright rich colors without any duplicates.

A must for embroiderers
As a gift to a craft worker. It was much appreciated for the range of colours

Decent for what it is.
So, this thread isn't too bad. It's not DMC quality, of course; for 7$, it's not going to be. The colour selection was well represented by the picture in the listing, and the write-up, while a little vague, is honest about the product. No repeat colours, though there are a few shades of red, orange, and yellow that are harder to tell apart. The threads are polyester. The listing says "polyester cotton," which is vague as to whether they mean it's a polyester alternative to cotton, or that it's a polyester-cotton blend... I would highly doubt that there is any amount of cotton in the fibre composition. But again, it isn't exactly claiming that it does, since it doesn't use the word 'blend'. The thread is a wee bit scratchy, not awful. Just not soft. Might soften up as you stitch with it, or if you take time to condition the thread. The colours are vibrant. The red spectrum is missing a true red; there are orange-reds and violets-reds, some mineral reds. No true primary red. Very good spread of blues. Unexpected amounts of orange, but that's okay-- should have expected it from the listing picture. On the whole, I do like the colour selection. The packaging was my only real gripe. The skeins are vacuum packed, which keeps them protected in transit, which is good. But the labels on the skeins are glued slopily, with excess going onto the outside of the label. The glue remains tacky after drying. So... with the skeins vacuum sealed and packed tighter than sardines, the thread of the neighbouring skeins stick to the labels. When you go to pull them all apart, if you aren't careful, the thread pulls and bunches up. It's not a major deal if you know to be careful separating the skeins, just a minor nuisance. Hoping to get bobbin cards soon on which to wind the floss, since that will alleviate the stickiness problem and the mess that will ensue from there only being one band to hold each skein together as it depletes.I wouldn't use this thread on a fine embroidery piece intended as an heirloom or on a liturgical item, but it is certainly decent enough for general crafting purposes if you need a wide array of colours on the cheap. Certainly won't complain for just over a nickel per skein. It's a pretty good deal, as long as you have reasonable expectations about what you're getting (generic no-name plastic thread from China).
