This item arrived two days after ordering and very well packed although some damage to corners of one box but no damage to the items inside. It also came in one complete delivery as some reviews warned it came in two separate deliveries. We are extremely pleased with this garden set and although in some reviews people have said the assembly of it is difficult and time consuming, we found that with patience and doing exactly as directed in the instructions, it took around three hours with a break. Everything fitted perfectly and it is very substantial and we can't wait to show it off in our garden this summer, we chose the six chairs plus one in the brown and so pleased we did. Thank you for this product we certainly recommend it and feel it is well worth the money.

We received only one box of 4/5 Nightmare to erect 3 inch bolts you can't screw in with silly Allen key!. We were happy getting a refund from Amazon.

2 yrs in a chair leg has already rusted and broke

This is well made and cheap compared to a lot of sets out there. This is my second set of Ratton for the new gazebo and over £ 200 cheaper. No complaints about delivery either, took 3 days from placing the order.As regards other reviews about the time spent putting together. Nearly everyone has a cordless or electric screwdriver so just use the hex attachment instead of using the Allen key. This is what it is intended for and I don't think most people realize and you probably got one in your tool box. If not then take the bolt ( same size for all the table and chairs ) to your local wilko store and put it together in 20 mins instead of 3-4 hours. Enjoy the sun folks

Managed to put these together with a little help from a friend. 6 chairs and 1 table. Look smart and are comfy seats. Great buy!

The set was easy to assemble. but I must admit to using an electric screwdriver even though they say not to, just make sure you use one with torque settings and finish tightening by hand if you're not familiar with the settings of the drill.Very sturdy and extremely comfortable. Will just have to see how well it wears over the years! But at this stage, I have no qualms in recommending this set.

This garden furniture was beautifully packaged to ensure its protection in transit. It is value for money and well made.
