I requested this 4-pack of cat flea collars for review.Fleas have been bad in my area this year. I've tried various flea products, but the fleas were still bothering my one cat. I decided to try these flea collars. She has been wearing the collar for about two weeks, and she seems to be more comfortable. She is also scratching less. I know individual results can vary, but this flea collar seems to be helping protect her from fleas. I don't know how long this collar will continue to be effective, but I'm happy she is getting some relief from the fleas now.The collar is plenty long. I had a little difficulty feeding the collar through the buckle. I fitted the collar properly to my cat and cut off the extra. I save the extra pieces of the flea collar to put in my vacuum bags. This will help to kill any fleas that are vacuumed up into the bag.So far, I'm very happy with how this flea collar is working.

Had a bit of a flea problem with one of our kitties. It was pretty bad actually. Poor guy was scratching like mad and was covered in scabs. We tried bathing, advantage flea treatment, we even shaved him, hoping that if we could at least see the fleas we could pick them off and kill them. Nothing worked. We saw these collars and hoped for the best. He’s been wearing it for about two weeks, maybe longer, and he is markedly better. He’s stopped scratching, no more scabs, he’s much more calm and his fur is growing back. We put a collar on our long-haired cat, who didn’t seem to have any fleas, we combed him daily and never found any, but it was a “just in case” scenario. The collars are easy to put on, they look kinda cute with them on too. They are not bothered by them at all, but I assume it depends on your cats temperament. I would say that just like any other creature, it may work for some but not all. Usually Advantage like products are highly rated and work really well for pets, it didn’t work for ours. These do. So try them, I think you can return them if they don’t work for your cat. You have to give them a week or so, they don’t work within 24 hours like spot treatments but they do, for our cats at least, work for the long term which is the most important. Plus they last for 8 months, according to the package.

These collars were amazing and worked very well for the cats we used them on. The fleas were completely gone after I paired these collars with a topical ointment. They were plenty large so it fit my chunky cats too!

I had to leave a rating… but no option for a big fat ZERO stars.Upon reading reviews about how well this product worked for others, I ordered; even though I wasn’t able to find any information as to the active ingredients. Once product arrived I looked on the box for ingredients… which are not listed. It refers you to the info INSIDE the box. So after opening I finally get to see the ingredients. I looked up the insecticide ingredients on the National Pesticide Information Center’s website. The very first ingredient is TOXIC to cats. I didn’t see any information anywhere that could make the claim of SYNTHETIC DELTAMETHRIN being safe for cats at any level. So… This product is being packed back into the box and being sent back to CHINA where it originated. Although times are not easy during this period financially for lots of people… I will spend the extra money for SERESTO collars that actually are safe for cats and dogs. My pets are living beings and they deserve to be treated well.

Only flea collars I buy, I notice a difference within minutes last for 8-10wks for my cats.

These collars work. My boy had a few fleas when I first brought him in my house. I bought these collars, put one on him, and no more fleas. When you get four in the package, it's a great bargain. I didn't notice any odor either.
