Sturdy and nice quality.
Nice base for my stained glass lamp which was damaged during a move. A little taller than the original and that is ok with me.

Pretty, but wrong height for small shade
Pretty little lamp, but the entire socket was visible when I put my lampshade on it. It definitely needs a shorter harp.

Smallish table lamp base for my cherished stained glass lamp shade.
In a recent move the base for a cherished stained glass lamp was damaged by the movers and would no longer support the delicate stained glass shade. I searched in lamp stores, home stores and eBay and finally found this solution on Amazon. This is not a standard size lamp, but an accent lamp so the base is the appropriate size for my lampshade and does an admirable job of restoring my beautiful lamp. I am a happy homeowner!

It's fine, It works great!
I had a very heavy base that broke and I didn't want to throw out the stained glass shade. I found this on Amazon and it was just what I was looking for. Reasonable priced and my glass shade fits perfectly.
