These will break!
Eventually these will break but they are so easy to install again that being able to get paddle replacements is wonderful and specially at such a cheaper price like the one this item is listed for.

Breaks way too easily, emailed customer support for replacements and they didn't come through
It's worth noting I use the paddles a lot and I like the controller when it's working, but the paddles start to give out VERY quickly and break easily. They lose responsiveness after moderate use and then eventually break completely. I've literally burned through 3 sets of these things since I got the controller and I've had it for 4 months. So they literally last me a little bit over a month. Absolutely ridiculous, I would pay $100 to get a set of these paddles made out of stronger material. Unfortunately this product is my only option for now.

Packaging was perfect. The battery lasts about 8-12 hours for me. The buttons work perfectly too. I had trouble connecting to Bluetooth with my previous controller but this works well.

Parts Missing, No Instructions
Got these for my 10yo son. I know nothing about gaming systems. Upon opening, my son commented that things seemed to be missing. There were no instructions and the website was not helpful. I found a YouTube video with simplified instructions - it wasn’t until the entire controller was dismantled that we realized the chip it was supposed to come with was missing. The plastic tool to take apart the controller was also missing, but luckily we had something similar to substitute. As a technically challenged non-gamer, this was a nightmare. I will be returning and asking for a refund.

Better than original plastic paddles.
Easy to install and work as intended. The video guide is easy to follow. They feel great in hand and durable.
