They don’t stay thick long
They were very comfortable in the beginning. I’ve only had them 2 months and they already went flat. Wish they stayed thick for a longer period of time.

Literal game-changer.
So I was skeptical, but love the hell out of this pair of heeled boots I have. I got tendonitis VERY badly in my right ankle from a mile or so in those boots, as in bad enough I had to have physical therapy. But I really love those boots! And I'm an idiot who didn't want to give them up. So I decided to try these insoles in Paris (and I took back-up flats with me--when the tendonitis started in Sausalito, I had to spend $180 on a pair of flats so I could walk enough to get back to my AirBnB because there aren't exactly options there), and holy crap-nuggets. I literally walked MILES a day, every day for a MONTH, and they ended up making those boots more comfortable than flats I'd taken with me that were designed for walking far distances. I'm going back for a few weeks, and am buying more of these heel insole things and more heels shoes because I don't want to risk anything else being less comfortable. Literal game-changer. I wouldn't have expected this from pretty cheap insoles.Update: Now that it's January 2019, I've been using the same pair for almost a year, and those same boots are still ridiculously comfortable. No insoles so cheap should work so well.I read some of the negative reviews and rolled my eyes. They add thickness? Duh. You're adding something inside your shoes. Too big? Get the smaller ones. Too small? Get the bigger. I wear a women's 10.5 and got the blue ones. How can someone complain both that they're too sticky, but also don't stay in place? Or they're too sticky, but too slippery to walk on? I really don't understand that. How is it possible to be both?Really, just try these. I'm going to be getting some for some heels I have. I found they've helped my bunions since I can lean back and keep my weight on my heels instead of the balls of my feet. If I'm in flats and do that, my tendons start to hurt and my heels themselves hurt. But I can do that in heels in with these insoles!

Cheap pain relief
I work food service and I'm constantly walking around a hard surface with thin shoes that have barely any support. I was miserable when I'd come home because of how much pain I'd be in. These insoles had me literally dancing at work, they're so comfortable on the heels. They cushion the sorest parts of my feet and make walking painless while I'm wearing them. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for cushioning to get through long shifts.A few criticisms: I've had them for a week and they've already begun to crack down the centre, so they're definitely NOT durable (not the biggest issue because they're cheap). They're pretty good with adhesion but one has been slipping around a bit. My feet still hurt just as much when I take my shoes off and am walking around at home so they don't offer any long term pain relief.

Great cushioning, but they move too much
These are really great at easing the pain from heel spurs in my feet. Major downside is that they constantly move around while walking so with each step, I have to stop and move them back underneath my heel. I wish there was a way to attach to my shoes. Second downside is that they do get dirty very quickly, but they are on your feet. If those two things were fixed, then this product would earn five stars from me.

All around terrible.
I wanted to like these, but ended up throwing them away. The problems:1. They are so thick that, when I put them into my shoes, my foot barely fit in with them. I can't imagine them working well unless you are wearing a shoe that's already one size too big.2. There's no structure at all to them -- they're just thick squishy silicone. When I walk wearing them, my feet sort of wobble around in my shoe -- I nearly rolled an ankle, and I was wearing flats! It's like walking on half-melted Jell-O.3. The cups adhesive did not stick to the inside of the shoe, but the non-adhesive side stuck to my foot. So when I would take a (wobbly, squishy) step, the heel cup would end up coming right out of the shoe, clinging to my heel.4. They STANK. After about two hours, they smelled so bad that I was getting whiffs of plasticky foot-stink wafting up from under my desk! I ended up taking off my shoes, peeling the heel cups off my skin, and throwing them out.5. And after all that, they didn't actually help my plantar fasciitis pain at all. In fact, the wobbliness of trying to walk with thick squishy things in my shoes made the pain worse. Don't waste your money on these.

Bulky and Didn’t help my plantar fasciitis
While I have full length inserts that I like wearing in sneakers for my plantar fasciitis (in both feet), I was looking to see if I could find a solution that would allow me to wear my work shoes (heels and flats) without pain. These were not the solution. They’re a bit thick so they raised my foot out of the shoes a bit so that my feet didn't feel secure and snug in them anymore (kind of felt like my feet were going to pop out). But most importantly, they didn’t help my heel pain despite being thick and cushy - seems like for me I really need the full inserts. However, if anyone’s wondering, these do stay pretty indivisible even if you’re wearing “d’orsay” styke flats with the middle part of the foot exposed, so that’s nice!

Miracle inserts!
I do apt maintenance and I like to wear boots. Got so used to it since I did construction for a while as well. I usually average 15,000 steps in a day. Roughly 7 miles of walking. I had a really bad pain on my heels. A coworker of mine recommended I buy these. It's been 2years now and every 4months or so I buy another pair and throw the old one away. As they are at a really affordable price and I know they aren't meant to last that long with how much strain I put on them. They do get dirty quick, picking up lint from my socks. I do upkeep with the inserts. I wash them every Friday. I clean my boots and lather them up. As I upkeep with them as well but that's not the point. Pain is non existent. Really makes walking enjoyable. Ordering a other pair Tonight!

Excellent
I bought new trainers and on first wear my feet and calves were killing me. I remembered seeing these and thought I would try them and will buy more as they just give me that extra height even if it is only a fraction but it makes such a difference and my trainers are perfect now.

Great for heal cushioning
I shattered my ankle and foot so I get really bad pain and walk even heavier on my heels then before. These help so that I can not be in as much pain.

Great cushioning and lift but end up squished under my arch even after gluing
These heel cups give a slight lift and great cushioning however even after I glued them into my boots I cannot put my boots on without them moving and ended up scrunched under my arch. The silicone naturally sticks to all my socks it is very sticky.
