This was perfect for our fireplace project ! Arrived quickly , looks beautiful , easy to install ! The flame options are great for changing the ambiance of the room and the option to change from stones to log look is also fun . Great quality , heats the large room very well ! I love the timer option and the adjustability of the heat .

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this fireplace! It really made our home theater come to life. It puts out heat, but it doesn’t heat our room. But of course our room is not closed off, which can make a difference. It comes with logs, as well as crystals . You can change them depending on the look or mood you want. I use both at the same time. We just wanted it for ambience, so it still works for us. The changing colors makes it so much more beautiful. It was easy to install and if you want to change the logs or crystal, it is easy to take and out the glass front back on.

The look is really nice. I have only put the heater on low and the sound level isn't too bad while the tv is on. The quality so far is good and I do enjoy the being able to dim the flame or make it brighter. Colors are cool I guess but I probably won't be changing thst often. The remote is fine but a bit limited. Would be better if you didn't have to go through each option just to get back to the one you want. I connected the remote to an IR blaster to allow it to be be able to turn on and off from alexa or Google. Only real complaint and this fireplace isn't the only one that has the issue is the loud beep for every time you adjust something with remote or in my case do a voice command. Wish they would at least have an option to mute or lower volume on the noise. Really messes up the overall feel. I would still use this one again though as it was a great price and pretty good looking flame.

We had a wall mount fire place before and a recessed fireplace is the way to go. The heat only comes out of the center vent but you can feel the heat from almost 10 ft back when on 99 and high. You can barely hear the noise of the heater too. It comes with a remote control to change colors but can also change on fireplace itself. The logs are super realistic as well as the flame. You can also replace with clear rocks. The install is easy with instructions. Highly recommend !

Realistic looking flames that change colors and brightness. Seems to be built well. Great for heating a smaller room but if your room is larger…like basement…doesn’t provide enough heat. Priced well.

Looks great. Fire is what you would expect and the heater works fairly well

The fireplace worked fine the first 3 days in our small living room. With the timer set, temp set at 72 degrees, the fireplace quit heating and blowing on either low or high. Room temp was at 64 degrees when we tried to get it to come back on. But it would not start. We changed the temp to 76 degrees and it ran for a few minutes, then quit again. Several hours later tried it again. It ran for a few minutes and then quit again. Temp in room was 67 degrees. Raised the fireplace temp to 80 degrees and it started running. But again only for a few minutes. Have started return process, but must wait for Seller to respond. We will see how that goes - We are no left with a big hole in our wall and no fireplace.
