Most important upgrade for my 10 years old car
This head unit transforms my old car into a new car, the tech makes a huge difference in how the car feels to commute to work. My 2015 Camry has always been reliable and dependable to me, it’s a great car to hold onto, not much wear after 10 years. This head unit transforms it into a modern car, it sounds better, works seamlessly with Apple CarPlay and other car options such as steering wheel control or back up camera. I didn’t give up any functions replacing the original radio with this one, but gained so much tech and upgrades. The amount of customization available is incredible. Besides CarPlay this unit functions like an Android tablet, I can easily work in my car if I want to, or just relax with YouTube or Netflix.I can add a front camera and turn it into a dashcam. I can add a SIM card and get WiFi without the phone, I can run additional screens to the backseats for my kids, or just give them iPads The custom fit, although not to OEM quality, is quite impressive and I would bet anyone could tell the difference if they didn’t own the car.Negative: mic for phone calls is weak, even after adjusting the voice volume. Not much help from the user’s manual despite the unit having so many functions. I learned most of them from watching YouTube. My unit did have some quirks with the Zlink app, no sound for Siri or map guidance. I found the fix in Dasaita’s forum by doing a factory reset. It may not be as reliable as the Toyota radio it replaced, I did find some Dasaita YouTube videos going back 10 years, so they have been around for a while.I would recommend this unit to anyone with a reliable older car, longing for modern techs in new cars. An average new car is $40k, this is $500, it’s a no brainer.

It's like getting a new car.
It's my first touch-screen with maps thanks to Android Auto. It boots up fast and all the controls on my steering wheel are working.I paid to have it installed, so can't speak for ease of installation. The only gripe I would have with this unit is that it doesn't mesh 100% with the car's interior, there is a very tiny gap that can be seen in the photo between the air control unit; not a deal breaker in my opinion.

Did not fit my 2012 Camry even though the product page picture said it would work. Buyer be aware.
Amazon product page pictures said the Dasaita G12 would fit my Camry dash configuration (see product page pictures and my review pictures for comparison). However, when I attempted to install the Dasaita G12, it did not fit my Camry frame and the bottom screen overlapped the hazard switch and other legends. I returned the item and was refunded my purchase price.

Good Unit, Great customer service
Unit looks good and works as intended. I had an issue with wiring the backup camera and the customer service responded quickly to solve my issue.

It is a nice product but there are two issues. Hopefully the two issues can be solved in the future.
Here are some good things about this product:1) Screen is large and super bright and colorful. Touch experience is really nice.2) It supports a lot of OEM car features, such as door detection and tire pressure display. It even shows the hybrid battery information. This was a surprise to me!3) Carplay is nicely supported, and it works very well.4) You can use your OEM reverse camera (although not well supported), OEM speakers, and the OEM USB port. There are two issues:1) It takes 2.1 seconds (measured 3 times) for the reverse camera to show up. In contrast, Toyota Camry OEM head unit only takes 0.4 seconds for the reverse camera to show up. In addition, the reverse camera has a low frame rate. You may experience intermittent videos occasionally. This has a safety implication.2) OEM microphone is not supported. A provided external microphone must be used for a phone call. This makes the installation hard. This external microphone feature is still under development as of writing, and the internal microphone has a terrible sound quality and virtually cannot be used for phone calls. If the two issues are solved, this will be a very nice product.

it has lot of features but disappointing that it doesn't have power to turn on one aweek.
it has lot features on the unit, i love the unit, but the one thing that is very disappointing is that one a week the unit does not have power to turn itself on. I don't know if it is a defective or what.

Perfect!
This unit fit perfectly to OEM spec, and integrated perfectly with all my controls (AC and steering wheel). You get what you pay for, and this is no exception.
