Great customer care/service! The first screen arrived with broken components, but customer service was quick to respond. I am happy to report no hassle for replacement for parts. If you are a patient person who enjoys assembly, this is a good value for money. Happy with the value and outcome. I have since ordered two more of this model screen. I will post a video and pictures of the next two, once I receive them. Thank you to my customer service rep at the sellers office!

This product is poorly designed and made. The bottom velcro stripping on black panels are does not connect to each other to secure the panels. Missing parts 1 and 3. Hard to assemble. Had to buy duck tape to secure poles because they easy come apart.Amazon should not sell this product to buyers . Yes, the e shipping is free, but I am pretty sure it will be expensive to return this awful product.

This divider is very flimsy. If I decided to leave my windows open and the wind blew, the divider would probably fall over. I have dogs and wanted to divide the room to keep them from entering but, they knocked it over. I added a gate for extra support but, I hate the way the gate looks when I added it! It does give privacy .

Ordered these dividers and was quite surprised when I received small boxes which meant I had to put the dividers together (ughhh)Opened box #1 and out came 1 large bag and 4 small bags with the product inside. The instructions were 4 diagrams but no written instruction.Of course I wanted to put together and did, but when my suga woo saw the finished product he then helped me put tother together the other 2 and re-did the one I put together. The finished product was exactly what I wanted and definitely needed and looks great where I placed.

This partition has served our family so well! We bought it for a hotel stay with our baby, to section off the room so he could sleep without being disturbed by us. You can see a little bit through the cracks between each panel, but the price was reasonable and we knew that before we purchased. We just threw an extra bedsheet over the partition so he couldn’t see through the panels. What I love most about it is how the pieces easily can break down and fit in the trunk of my car. It’s a little cumbersome with all the poles, but we were willing to do it for everyone to get some sleep while sharing a room!We have used it on several other road trips since then and will use it in our basement guest space to offer more privacy for guests.

The media could not be loaded. Do not recommend. Damaged part #3 cross piece & part #5 separator. A real bear to assemble. You'll need a ratcheting screw driver for getting the screws in the poles, and good leverage to stretch the fabric far enough to then struggle with getting the screws into the poles. Quality control is a wee bit lacking. A $25-$35 value, not a $50 value. Can't recommend unfortunately. I'm not going through the effort to return, it's also hard to get the screws back out!! Sooo, yeah, NO. Just no.Pro: no hideous smells.

Firstly I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money for what I needed this for so there's that, get what you pay for. The instructions were just pictures but I figured it out. Once together it appeared crooked and flimsy. The feet don't lock in place very well which cause it to wobble at touch. The poles appear to be different in size and when open some don't hit the floor causing it looking crooked and uneven. On the bright side, It does however "divide" the room, lol. Not sure if I'm keeping or not.
