perfect match for match replacement of my old one, yes upgraded to ES bulb fitting but excellent, dusk to dawn operation perfect.

fitted today and waited until dark for the results, it lights up a massive area with a low energy/high output bulb. oh and easy to fit.

Bought to replace LED floodlights that kept failing. This works faultlessly. I am using it with an LED bulb and it gives a good coverage of light.Installation is reasonably straightforward although there are two points to note. The supplied mounting screws do not fit through the holes in the back plate, so the holes need drilling out slightly. The cover is held securely in place by two clips on each side and is released by sliding a screw driver between the base and the cover. It's quite a fight to get it off and to get it back on again, but the plastic seems quite resilient to the force required.Overall a good buy.

Once you get this correctly installed, it should work very well. The problem (an all-too common one) is the appalling instructions. I found the out-of-focus photographs to be more than unhelpful - they could be misleading. One thing to look out for, the internal plastic cover over the terminals is a b***er to remove. Fortunately, the guys on the customer helpline were very good and discovered for themselves how difficult it is to remove. It requires some force and, being hard plastic, I should think it would easily break.

Great light that sets a bright but not glaring hue.Solved my mother in law's dark patio! The light sensor means that she doesn't have to worry about turning in and off :)

Bought it expecting it to work off the sensor - it doesn't, it just stays on all the time it is dark, Absolutely useless. A lot of hassle to install and now I have to return it. Instructions useless, no mention that it doesn't do what one would expect.
