Works Great. Very Sturdy.

The railings are well packaged and well made, however, the holes in the two rails that the spindles go in are not lined up. They are 1/4" off between the two rails as seen in the photos. The difference is not that noticeable when assembled out of the box, BUT, I had to shorten each rail by 2.5" on each end to fit my stairs due to the angle. The distance from the post to the first rail is 2.5" shorter and the difference in the angle between the two is noticeable. The post and spindle should be parallel and they are not.

Easy to install and sturdy. Perfect for two steps. No wiggles and very sturdy.

EXTREMELY difficult to get the angle correct…once I decided to put it together ON the stairs, not the floor as the directions said, the install finally worked

It looks good and it works well as it is made very sturdy. When it comes to a handrail safety is the most important thing and with how this handrail is I trust it. It's durable and easy to install.

On these, it's the angle that's adjustable - not the length. You still must get the appropriate length for your application.These can be used on a flat surface or on steps. My favorite thing about them is the hand rail itself - it's chunky and oval shape, not round, and I think it looks fancier and more expensive than your typical hand rail.It has a hook on it for hanging decorations, wreath, plant, etc. It's a thoughtful feature, but I am concerned about someone scratching themselves on it because it's not something you would normally see.

I've needed to install a railing at my house for nearly a decade, and this railing finally got me around to it!The railing was easy to put together, and I did the whole install by myself (though it would have been easier with a helper). The railing is stylish, though I did scratch it a bit on my stone walls when assembling and putting it in place to mark the drill holes - so be careful of that. The railing is super sturdy, and very helpful in getting older parents up the stairs - and I find myself using it a lot too just because it's there!TLDR - This is a very nice, well made, stylish, sturdy railing that does exactly what it's meant to.

We needed to replace our wooden railing that was getting pretty wobbly. When we looked at the cost of this and its quick delivery, why on earth would we go to the trouble -and expense - of building railings again?We ordered one and were so pleased that we immediately ordered a second.The railings are solid, relatively easy to install, and look really nice.

Quality, as advertised....solid and works well for us so far.

Once the installation was completed, we were pleased with the final product. But, it wasn't easy to assemble the railings and was very frustrating.

This stair rails is manufactured with precision. The powder coating is very smooth, with no flaws. It was easy to put together. I screwed it into concrete steps, after drilling holes for expandable screws and plugs. It is solid.
