Q: What is the difference between regular and pro versions?

I noticed a few differences. First off, the wheels on the Pro don't have the ridges in them, the regular Quik Cart does. I am hoping that means the solid wheels on the Pro cart will not wear out as quickly as the ridged one's do (which split down the center after about 300 miles is put on them: I put on about 2 miles a day dragging mine around campus, and they seem to wear out just under a year of school, so I'd say about 180 days worth of pulling it behind me). Second is the side snap-on's for rigidity. On the regular cart, they snap on, on the Pro, it slides into place instead. I used to have to use wire ties to keep the snap-on's in place after lifting the lid on and off at each class. Once, one fell off and got run over, I was just thankful that I still had the support snap-on's from my old cart to use. Third is how the lid fits. Much tighter. Snaps down better. Seems to be thicker also. Tighter fit means that it is just as hard to get off as the regular lid, but you don't want it blowing off in winds, which my regular Quik-cart did a couple of times. I thought it had snapped into place, and it hadn't. Driver's error on those times, not the cart's fault.

Q: can you hang file folders in this?

No, there was no way to hang hanging file folders inside. The gaps are just slightly too large for even a legal sized folder to hang from. I was able to fit a desktop file organizer inside, but it took some muscle to get it in there.
