These are actually Legit. Using the heaviest band for hip abduction, and its great. Better than the Tribe bands becoz it offers slightly more mobility/range of motion, which i prefer over slightly more resistance, since I want to improve hip function.And can't beat the price. Excellent little product. Nice of them to include instructions as well.

I hope they make a set that’s just top durability and since they can break sometimes maybe only include duplicates in the set instead instead of the lighter ones.

I really like that these resistance bands come with workout suggestions. I have tried resistance bands in the past, be never really known how to start or what exercises to do. They are also color-coded and come with a carrying case in case you want to take them with you on the go.

These work great! They are durable, don't slip, and fit nice. I've had them for a few months now and they haven't lost their elasticity- they are still easy enough to put on and snug once I'm working with them!

I like using body weight workouts for strength training, and was looking to add some resistance bands both to mix up my usual routine and to add difficulty to some exercises. I chose these bands based on some positive reviews, and the fact that they come with a handy storage bag to keep them organized.In the past I've used the resistance straps, but not the bands -- so I appreciated that there were sample exercises included in a small pamphlet to get me started. These exercises were brief but well-written and illustrated in language that was easy to understand.The bands come in a pretty wide range of resistance - I could see mostly using the Yellow (medium) and Red for most exercises. The Black (strongest) was pretty heavy duty. We'll see if I can work up to that level of resistance or not.One feature I particularly liked on these bands was the fact that the resistance value was printed on the band. They are color-coded, but it would be easy to lose track of which band was which value. The bands are well-made and should last indefinitely.Pretty happy with these exercise bands -- I'm looking forward to using them. Recommended.

At first glance, these bands look REALLY small but don't let their small size full you. I'm small myself but have big thighs so I had doubts about whether or not these bands would work. Well, I put it on one leg at a time and was able to get the band up to my thighs and was able to do squats with no issues. Of course, there's some resistance because of the band but that's supposed to happen. When placed on my ankles, I can do lunges. For arms, I can put a band on my wrist and do "press exercises." After using these bands for several weeks, they are still intact and haven't lost their elasticity. The carrying case is great for travel and keeping the bands together.
