The media could not be loaded. I have been using this projector for nearly two months and I found it very convenient to use, because it came with an HDMI cable, a power cable, and a remote control, I haven’t had problems setting it up, once I connected it to my Wi-Fi network using its remote control, the rest of the process was very straightforward, and I didn’t even need to get up to do manual adjustments.What is more, since it has auto focus, keystone correction, and auto screen alignment, regardless of where I place the projector, whether I set it on my end table next to my couch and it projects from the side or if I place it on my dining table facing my screen projector or my wavy blackout curtain, the projector automatically adjusts the image to fit the screen, so the videos that I have been watching don’t look weird or out of shape.I had no issues navigating through the projector’s interface, and it came with a decent variety of pre-installed apps, so I could quickly access the things that I am already familiar with. While some users may find the pre-installed apps to be a boon, personally, I appreciate the convenience but also value the option to customize the apps according to my preferences.Although the projector came with a screen, I found myself preferring to use my own screen projector because I think the images look better on it. However, having the screen included is a thoughtful addition for users who may not have one readily available. In my experience, the projector delivers impressive image quality, with vibrant colors and good resolution. While I found the brightness sometimes a little overwhelming for my eyes, particularly when watching cartoons, it is a hit with the kids in the family.In terms of portability, I have no complaints, because I have used it in various rooms of my house, from my living room to the fireplace room, and it is compact and lightweight enough for me to carry the projector wherever entertainment is needed. Therefore, because it is portable, displays bright and colorful images, and works fine from different angles, I am pleased with this projector.

I decided to return this garbage 20 minutes after opening. Almost everything about the description is a lie! The apps download, but don't work, the remote is terribly designed, it's not 4K, it doesn't work well in the light let alone in daylight, the sound sucks, the clock is velcroed in (why even have it?), any updates lock the whole system so you have to unplug and plug it back in to make it work again, it's not as quiet as advertised, the autofocus has a mind of its own and i wasted $500 on this. To say I'm angry is a severe understatement!! Whoever made this and the person that approved it for release should be FIRED!! SHAME ON ALL YOUR HOUSES!!!

It looks good for 1080P but the advertisement and listing say that it does 4k so it loses a star for lying. and half of the apps for the projector don't work. For example, Netflix will download but it doesn't start. The auto-focus works well.

The media could not be loaded. This projector has been absolutely amazinggg addition to my home entertainment setup! Setting it up was surprisingly easy- just plug and play. The picture quality is amazing, and everything is sooo vibrant and clear.The WiFi and Bluetooth features lets you stream effortlessly and connect to all your devices and you can also connect to movie apps so easily.The autofocus feature works great and keeps everything looking nice and clear. We've been using this projector allll the time now- indoors and outdoors! It's so versatile! Loveee it!!

Item titled as being a daylight projector but that is not the case. Even in shade during the day it was not visible until well after dusk.Auto focus was poor. It would adjust to not sides of focus and settle on what was not the clearest adjustment.Keystone auto adjustment was horrible. The image was square to the screen when adjusted manually and keystone adjustment made it crooked time after time after time. I have no idea what the engineers were thinking.Bluetooth would not connect to my external speakers for some reason.Highly disappointing projector for the money. My sub $100 one worked better and is brighter.

We have had this for a year. It has been mounted to the ceiling for the entire time. About 6 months ago it started randomly shutting down and now it won’t run for more than 10 minutes without crashing. We have cleaned out the filters multiple times and kept it very clean. I tried to email customer service but the email is bogus. Don’t buy from these guys!

I have a 1100 dollar benQ projector as the standard and this projector is absolutely outstanding. Great build quality…the autofocus is a dream. Yeah it’s all that and a bag of chips!

Maybe it's just user error, I'm not sure, but I purchased this for my husband's birthday. It's screen quality is fantastic and I really enjoy the auto focus function. My main issues with it though are that, for some reason, most of the apps require a computer mouse to work instead of the remote it comes with? And some apps just straight up don't work. We installed, uninstalled, rinse and repeated these actions with Hulu and the app opens but as soon as we select "log in" it shuts down.While we could plug in different things to make these apps work, I don't understand why stuff doesn't work within the actual projector.Some people also said theirs came with a screen, mine did not. Not an issue for me, but if it's something you're looking forward to, maybe just be aware not everyone gets it.
