I love this journal so much more than I expected to -- the cover is amazing but the paper is fantastic. It's hard to find truly fountain-pen friendly paper that showcases inks rather than absorbing them or bleeding through, yet this journal's paper highlights both sheen and shade well. The pages are numbered, there's a space for a date in the upper corner of each page, a table of contents you can fill out (which I love and which so many lack) and a pocket in the back. The binding is stitched and sturdy. I generally like soft covers but the hard, sturdy cover of this journal makes it easy to journal anywhere without having to scramble for a flat surface. The pages lie naturally flat without having to bend or break the sewn spine. The pen loop is actually functional and separate from an elastic tie that holds it closed, so I don't have to remove the pen any time I want to open the book. This seems like a little thing but, wow -- these details really add up. I highly recommend this journal -- I bought the lined journal and now want one in every color. As well as the bullet and graph versions, each having different benefits which appeal to me. This journal would make an excellent gift to anyone you care about, including yourself.

Pages are good quality and great layout. Pages lie flat easily. Good value for the money. Does not weigh a lot but has thicker pages for drawing if desired.

It's very pretty, it feels nice and the paper and the way it lays flat is exactly what i was looking for. I love how it has two table of contents pages :3 it has a lot of pages too!

its really nice! great materials, thick pages, it has a strap, two bookmarks, and a pen holder. i love it and the engraved cover looks amazing! i have only great things to say about it!!!

This journal has way more pages then I have had before. It's very nice and features a table to contents too!

I love the color I love the padded cover it has not one but two page strings and it is available in dotted so I can write big or small or draw something in it one of the best journals I got
