I bought these soft wrist brace to help with the support during the recovery of two surgeries on my right wrist, One to repair the broken bone in the other one to repair a severed tendon. Of course I had to wear forecasts and three different hard braces. It is an Oneto repair the broken bone in the other one to repair a severed tendon. Of course I had to wear four casts and three different hard braces. It is an 18 month recovery. So right now I am at month 8th of my recovery. My doctor wanted me to start using a softer brace instead of the harder brace with the metal Due to the fact that when wearing a harder brace overtime, atrophies the muscle and prevents the muscle from strengthening and repairing after surgery.So he recommended a softer brace for the remainder of my recovery and during light duty.I have been in severe pain in my left wrist for over 40 years. Come to find out that the lunate bone, which is right in the middle of your wrist between your hand and your arm bones is dying, along with having three a ganglion cyst, and the beginnings of the ulnar tendon starting to shred.Needless to say, I am scheduled to have surgery in April. I have always worn harder braces for support for both of my wrists, so I was hesitant to buy softer wrist braces for fear that they would not give me the support and of course I would waste my money.But I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and support of the softer braces made by Bchois.They are soft, give me the support I need during light activity and sometimes when I’m doing more strenuous activity, the Velcro holds very nicely, it doesn’t shred your clothing, it’s also thin enough to wear under long sleeve shirts and jackets without stretching them out like the harder braces do.The instructions they give, you says to wrap the brace around your thumb and wrap it around the top of your hand, and then secure with Velcro, but I found that you can also wrap at the other way, attached to your thumb and wrapped it to the inside of your hand then secure with the Velcro. I find that sometimes when I wrap it the opposite way as recommended, around to the inside of my hand I feel like I get more support.I have very small, downy wrists, so the extra small that I bought fits perfectly. They are so soft and comfortable to wear that I often forget that I’m wearing them, but feel very secure when using my hands for light duty workThere really isn’t any cons about these braces, other than the fact that sometimes I still have to wear a harder brace on my left wrist, at least until I am recovering from my wrist surgery. I highly recommend these for anyone who needs A softer support for your wrists without having to wear the bulky metal braces.

The wrist brace works good. I have been waking up every morning at 4am with my hand dead asleep, I couldn't feel it or move it, I felt like chopping it off, It would takes a couple of hours until I could feel it again, tingling for a few more hours after that. I went to the doctor and they said carpal tunnel and give me a big brace. It was so hard for me to work with a big brace, so I got this one, which is so much lighter. My hand is better, when I notice that it is starting to fall asleep I'll wrap my wrist with the band and feels much better. I need to buy me a few more, for back ups.

I like this soft brace because it does help stabilize my wrist without the hard braces that go up into my hand that keeps me form being able to function at work and do other general tasks. The only thing I don't like about it is the loop around the thumb stuck out. That being said, it does not really hinder anything, it's just a tiny bit annoying. Otherwise, I do like that I can loosen it around the thumb so it's not pulling on it like some of the other wrist braces.

Great support brace! I got this brace to wear at work(at a school) as I injured my wrist. This helps me to make sure I don't twist too much with still alot of flexibility as it it not bulky to wear at all. I don't like to wear braces that have those metal pieces as the feel to constricting so this one was a good fit for me. It can be worn on either hand as well. It helps with some pain relief. I had these I would say small titanium circles on the inside that help with pain relief. This did not make me sweat to wear it at all and it is light and seems to be moisture wicking to an extent. I like this wrist brace !

Recommended ! I had these sudden pain of carpal tunnel syndrome, which made it difficult to carry even a bottle of water.. so when i got to know about this wrist brace.. I wanted to try it. Its actually good, I use it every time of the day. It keeps the wrist supported and doesnt give much of movement if its wrapped in proper way. I feel its really value for money and recommended for those who face pain on the wrist. Its thickness is light and not obstructing every day work and correctly fits but the thumb insertion area becomes a little loose with time. But overall its good

I suffered from a TFCC tear back in late January. Aside from steroid injections, my doctor said only time and wrist supports will heal it. I tried five or six different wrist supports and sent them all back. I originally skipped over this one as it looks too simple to be effective, but boy, was I wrong! This is the only one that actually helps without putting undue pressure on the TFCC area of my wrist. I am on the computer all day long and I wear this continually while at work and it is simply amazing. I actually bought a second one so that I could rotate them out. Definitely recommend to anyone with a TFCC tear.

This product worked really well for my wife’s wrist, she was having some pain when she picked things up and this helped support her wrist alleviating some of the pain. Product overall is good but could be made of a little thicker material for a better support on the wrist.
