Worst sewing machine ever and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Do Not Buy This Machine! First of all, the instructions for assembly are HORRIBLE and do not help you at all! It took me 3 hours to put it together, then I kept getting an error code and it took me 4 days to get any help. Now the machine after sewing a few items has started having major issues! The tension is off now when I have not touched anything to cause it! Thread bunches under the fabric and it misses stitches constantly! I have spent 4 hours checking every aspect of this machine, the tension, bobbin, oil, you name it, I have checked it! Still bunching. You can’t speak with anyone from the company so you are just shit out of luck having to play email tag with someone that doesn’t even understand English! I requested a refund and now find out, even though it clearly says eligible for return/refund, depending upon how they receive it back, I will have to pay a restocking fee, get a partial refund or NO REFUND! Why would I have to pay a restocking fee for a damaged/defective machine that I have only had for 2 weeks and couldn’t even use it for 1 of those weeks?? This company is horrible so do not waste your money! Steer clear of Vevor!

It works great
The media could not be loaded. Got the head of the machine early and the table came in two day later. The only reason i am not giving a 5 star review. I am not sure how but the head of the machine is cracked from the side of the plate, which made the bobbin plate come up a little. I tapped the top a little to level the bobbin plate down, and it worked perfectly. The cracked side didn't interfere with operating the machine. The top is scratch and the paint is chipped by the bobbin plate, and it didn't have the screws for mounting the motor to the table. Otherwise for my first industrial sewing bought and a brand I haven't heard of, for the price it work great. I was able to sew 5 layers of vinyl together with no problem. The machine is nice and fast, I do recommend this machine to anyone who is starting off with getting a industrial sewing machine for a cheap price. As a professional seamstress I do approve this machine.

Machine came broken and used
I just got it delivered today. It took a bit to get the table together as there are no instructions, and when I took the machine out of the box to put it in the table, I saw a scrap of fabric under the needle and the end of the machine is broken off. I am so upset. I've reached out to get this resolved and will update my review when I hear back.

Just don't do it! This machine has never worked from the day
All I get is a noise when I turn it on. Frozen, have worked on it for almost a month! Nothing works! Still no information from the seller on how to return and refund my money! Amazon is not much help either! So not happy!

Sewing machine
This machine is made well and it come for the delivery date. The only problem I have is it didn’t come with instructions. On how to tread the machine or how to problem solve it something was working right.
