Good
Very good bench. Solid build quality. Bought a month ago. No complaints.

Pretty good, quick delivery, uncomfortable to lower back of a 6'0" man when lying on the flat bench.
Lightweight but holds up to my 200 lb frame plus a set of 25 lb dumbells. Folds up, but not as compact as I would like it to. Head rest can be removed like a car headrest to make more compact. The major con: I am 6'0", when I lay down on this bench, my lower back/sacrum/tailbone is over a large gap in the cushions where the back cushion folds up from the seat cushion. It is very uncomfortable. Perhaps, I should lay on it backwards when I have the bench flat, I don't know.

Good exercise bench.
So far bench has been pretty easy to use, comfortable and functional.

Good for the Price
We purchased this for our home gym. Is it gym quality? No. Should you expect gym quality at this price? No. But for the price, it's good. I'm 6'4" and 220 lbs, I was worried about being able to fit since some people said they couldn't. But it easily fits me for using dumbbells in the incline or bench position. I use 45 lb weights in the incline position and I have no problem with sturdiness. I've also been using it for a dip chair, putting myself perpendicular to the bench and if you strategically put your hands where the braces are underneath, it performs well and no issues with stability.

A great addition to our home gym!
This bench was an excellent price for its quality! It arrived in pristine condition and was not difficult to assemble. It is incredibly sturdy and easy to adjust. My husband and I both agree, it has made great addition to our home gym.

Solid home equipment, not close to commerical quality
Just got this yesterday and wanted to give a more grounded assessment than most. It's feels solid and good for the money. But there is a very clear difference in robustness and quality compared to the type of adjustable bench you would see at a commercial gym. The bench says it's good for up to 6'5". I'm 6'4" and it's tall enough for me. But the backing is a bit narrow. I think that will be more of an issue for people than the height considerations.Changing the angles of the back and seat os probably the biggest usability difference relative to a commerical gym bench. It's easy and quick enough for the back. But changing the seat angle is a real pain. You have to line up holes without any type of track to help. If you plan on changingin the seat angle a lot it would probably be worth upgrading to something nice than this.I'm going to keep this. I'll be using for incline or seated exercises and won't need to adjust the seat angle at all. This is fine for a home gym, but this is clearly a couple of tiers below the adjustbale bench you're used to from your local gym.
