Does the job by helping to heal my shoulder injury
My physio told me to get a yellow resistance band to help my injured shoulder. He gave me an exercise that has really been helped my using the band. The band is good quality and I can feel the stretch effectively but it doesn't cause pain. It's longer than I needed which is good. It doesn't smell like some others do. Would recommend for its function, price and usefulness. Would buy again.

Resilient but not forever
These are lovely. They’re resilient but fyi they won’t last forever. Our green one lasted one year, and our blue one lasted three years, before snapping all the way through, both times while doing light leg raises.

Easy to stretch!
A great product and easy to stretch for my physio exercises, for my torn shoulder tendon. It folds up very small and it can be packed very easily into my handbag or luggage.

Good quality
Most people at cardio classes have a thinner band but this one claims to be NHS approved. It certainly is better quality. 1.4m length is a little too long but you can cut it down to your preferred size. However, for green which is supposed to be medium, it is quite hard to stretch, probably double of the band you get at cardio class. Maybe the answer is to buy the band below medium, so if you struggle a bit with green, get the band below medium.
