Total garbage. The quality is crap. I loaded up 50 pounds, the thing starts tipping over like it's on a mission to ruin my day. Dangerous stuff, seriously. Tried reaching out to customer service, but no reply, no solution. Talk about dropping the ball. The after-sales support? Non-existent. Save yourself the trouble, folks. This dip machine is a hazard waiting to happen, and the company couldn't care less.
