With so much glowing hype on social media and internet ads, I decided to buy one single serving pack to try. My fat of choice was heavy cream. My liquid was water. I mixed it with my blender and refrigerated it over night. All of my ingredients were fresh, so I know that wasn't the issue. The drink actually had a "soapy" taste. It most definitely isn't something I would want to drink as part of a diet....especially not something I would spend that kind of money on.Cannot recommend this product. If you want to try it yourself, I would strongly suggest only buying one or two single serve flavors.

Excellent source of protein and can be made with butter or cream.

I thought I’d give this flavor a try and it is by far my favorite and I’ve tried quite a few. I experiment here and there to get what I want.

I was SO excited to try this, Raspberries and Raspberry flavored stuff is my favorite, but this stuff… ummm Idk…. I followed the directions (HWC, Almond Milk and the Keto Chow packet), I popped everything in a blender, put it in the fridge to get it REALLY cold and it looked so good! But looking and tasting is a TOTALLY different story!! I tried to drink it… I REALLY did, but OMG while it tastes like raspberries while drinking it, the aftertaste was SO nasty! and Lordly it was SO thick! 🥴. I really tried to drink it and like it, but … hmmm NOPE, I just can’t do it… I couldn’t even get thru a quarter of the stuff and I have SO many other flavors, I’m truly hoping they don’t have that aftertaste!!!

Good flavor but for $6+ for a single packet. Not worth it. Also the powder is very hard to dissolve, even in warm milk or water. I had a lot of clumps left over and it took more effort than I would’ve liked to clean my water bottle afterwards. I’ll stick to standard protein powder that’s low carb.
