The retro look is adorable. It has a mirror inside where the 8 labeled pill compartments are. They are a bit difficult to open at first which can be an issue for those with wrist injuries like myself. The compartments may be too small for those who take more that 2-3 pills a day.

Ok compact pill case if you only take a few pills a day. If you need a case to hold a lot of daily pills and larger supplements this is not for you. If you are buying for a pill case for your purse this is fine but the mirror is worthless. Might as well be from a carnival funhouse, not evengood enough for applying the simplest things like lipstick. Otherwise, seems to be made well gave it four stars for durability and the fact that it is funny and cute on the outside.

Pay attention to the size of the pockets. Great for few or small pills. Larger pills could be a tight fit (or may not fit at all).

The metal outer case of this pill contain is actually much nicer than I expected it to be. The finish is nice and it feels sturdy. My only complaint is that the plastic insert is difficult to open and somehow simultaneously makes me afraid that I'm accidentally going to rip the little compartment covers off every time. 🤣

As much as I like the (butterfly) design, the sturdy closure and the 8 compartments in which I may put various smaller pills, I do wish that there was an option to remove the inner plastic pill holders for a couple of reasons. One, if the hinged plastic lid ever breaks off of any of the compartments, there's not much to do with it. Second, it is going to be difficult to clean out periodically since the plastic pieces are not able to come out.I am personally familiar enough with my pills to be able to have them in one single compartment if necessary, as I know which is which. However, larger capsules aren't going to be able to fit in some of these smaller hinged containers inside. I do like it and still plan on using it, but will have to be selective as the compartments are small.The pill organizer body is a hefty metal and the closure feels very secure and I don't worry too much about it easily spilling out into my purse as it requires a fair amount of pressure to open the container. However, if one ever felt uncertain, simply sliding this into a plastic baggie or using a rubber band for extra security may provide additional peace of mind.The vibrant colors and design on the front is very impressive, and I do like knowing that when I open this up, the pills are contained well inside each little hinged box so I don't have to fret about gingerly opening and having the organizer perfectly level. It could use a bit of tweaking to be perfected, but even as it is, I think it's very nice and usable. Thanks for reading.

I love this case, it's actually super cool and well made. I really enjoy the look and feel and i love that the containers inside are a little harder to open because it makes ME feel safer if my kids have to struggle to open it if they decide to play with the thing that literally says poison on it.

My wife loves the pill box especially because she loves anything mushrooms!
