Funny vintage themed pill box.
I ordered the HowGuu 7 Days Chromed Shiny Silver Pill Organizer because I found the graphic on the top amusing. Mine came with a vintage ad for arsenic. As someone who deals with chronic health problems and chronic pain a sense of humor is one of my best weapons. A pillbox marked “Arsenic: Poison” may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it makes me smile when I see it. Spoonies may enjoy this and other vintage poison/medicine graphics made by this seller. (The sales page shows many designs, including pillboxes with graphics for hemlock and tincture of yew.)I’m sure there are many people who wouldn’t want a pillbox marked arsenic, but my family is into ironic and macabre humor. This is great for those with a slightly dark sense of humor. The pillbox itself is quite well made. It is stainless steel, able to fit in the palm of your hand. (I have pretty small hands, and it fit well.) it measures 3” x 2 1/2 “. There is a small steel latch you press on to open the pillbox. The latch is sturdy and the box closes tightly.Inside there are eight small white plastic compartments. To open them I had to put a fingernail underneath and lift up. They close very tightly, which is good because you won’t lose medicine from the compartments accidentally popping open. But it does take a little effort to open each section. This may loosen up with more use.The daily boxes are marked with letters representing the days of the week. The boxes are arranged in a slightly unusual pattern, with the beginning of the week (S,M,T,W) at the bottom of the pillbox, and the end (T, F, S,X) at the top. There is an additional box marked “X”.Each box can hold a few pills. If you take a large number of pills daily, this might work better as a daily box, with different medications in each box. There’s room for several pills in each compartment. By way of illustration, I was able to fit only four of the large Tylenol extra strength capsules into one daily box. The same box held eight regular sized aspirin. This box does close securely, but it is not child proof. If using in a household with kids, be sure to keep it up high and out of reach of small children. The sales page says there is a mirror inside the lid. There isn’t an actual mirror, just the shiny inside of the box, but it works well enough for putting on your lipstick, etc. This is sturdy and well made and should hold up for long use. Love the vintage arsenic design. Could be a gift for spoonies with a sense of humor.

Well made. Not the design I ordered.
I really like this pill case. It's small and discrete yet well made. I would have given this a 5 star out of the box but unfortunately I too received the wrong box. I ordered the Hemlock but received Gall Of Goat instead. It's still a cool little box though. Just beware you might end up with a butterfly case when you ordered an Arsenic case.

Cute little pill box - wrong design
The Pros: This is a sturdy, cute little pillbox. The inside has a convenient mirror, and there’s an embedded 8-compartment pill organizer. The Cons: I ordered a “Hemlock” design, and received a “Gall of Goat” design. While it would’ve been nice to receive what I ordered, I still like the product.

pretty and useful
This is a very pretty little pill box. There is one compartment for each day, plus one extra (marked ‘X’). Each space can hold several pills, depending on their size. The compartment and box lids are all very secure and don’t come open on their own. I love the dessert design of mine, but it is coming up in one corner (seems to be a sticker) so I may need to glue it.

Love the artwork, box is well-made - but the mirror inside is not true to life (I hope!)
This is a lovely little pill box - you can't tell what it holds when the box is closed, it just seems like a pretty box. When you open it there are 8 compartments - one for each day of the week, starting on Sunday, and the last box is just marked X... I guess that would be good to put pills you only take as needed. The individual containers are pretty small, so if you have a lot of large pills that you take a day, this might not work for you. The image I'm showing has just one multivitamin in it, and it takes up the majority of the space - you would probably be able to fit another one or two smaller pills as well. I was not able to fit one round antacid into the compartment - it was just a bit too large. The individual compartments have a very tight fit - but it's a little bit difficult to close them than to open them, and some of them seem tighter than the others. However, I do like how you can open only one at a time so you can just dump the pills you need for the day out without all the other days falling out too.The mirror was kind of like a funhouse mirror - it made my face look a LOT wider than it actually is. So, sure, you can use it to check if you have something in your teeth, but don't expect it to be a completely accurate depiction of how you look! The pill boxes appear to be glued tight into the box, so you wouldn't be able to easily remove that to use this box without the compartments. I'm sure it's possible if it turns out that the individual compartments are just too small to be useful to you, but it won't be simple. The box itself is lovely. It looks beautiful closed - and seems to be very well made, I get the impression that it will last for years :)

Too cool
Great way to pack my vitamins on the go. I can take them because it makes me sick on an empty stomach.. so when I have lunch I grab my pill organizer. I received compliments.

Autumn Flower pill box
The graphic on this pill box is pretty but a little darker / more muddy than I anticipated. I was hoping the inner plastic pill portion would be removable but it isn't, and the individual compartments are quite small. It would be so much more versatile were the inner part removable. But if you only need to take a couple pills a day, this will do. Some of the compartments are tricky and take more work to open and close than others.
