Very helpful in removing dentures and aligners.

Perfect to remove tight aligners. Everyone should keep one of these every place they need to get them out easily.

My daughter uses these to remove bands on her braces and they work really well for that purpose.

My orthodontist recommended I get this type of remover to make it easier to remove my retainers, but it's actually harder to use than just my own fingers. I was hoping for an easy, elegant solution to removing my retainers in public. Part of the problem is that the hook is a little too wide. I have to really try to wedge it in to get a hold of the edge of my retainer. Then, trying to pull hard enough without breaking my retainers or injuring my gums is even harder. If someone had a slightly looser appliance, it might be better.

I use these to help remove my lower-partial dental appliance.Having these little hooks I can use, instead of prying it with my fingers, has made the process a lot smoother and removed the pain.Definitely recommend these if you have similar needs.

I am sure there are many different types of aligners, and this may work for some of them. They did not work for ours, as the tip was to thick to grab and we were back to using fingernails. I do like that they are individually wrapped, and the different colors are nice.

If you travel you’ll want to consider these aligner removers. Identical to the ones my orthodontist gave me. Individually sealed packets - I especially like that - make them ideal for travel - pack, unseal, and inexpensive enough to toss when returning. Cute colors, too.
