I usually only work out at the gym because of the access to weights and machines. But recently I had to switch to at home workouts and I found this bar. Putting it together was simple and came out to the perfect length and even height when adding the resistance bands. I love how you can change how long the bands are. It is good quality nothing has broken. You can do so many different workouts with this bar. You can even use the doorway! Killer workout, great performance, and an even better value!

I had been wanting one of these for a while and finally decided to order! This Pilates bar is a great size, and very light! I used it for just 10 minutes and could already feel myself break a sweat! It makes working out fun, especially since you can bring it really anywhere you go.The padding on the bar is a plus, and never leaves the back of your neck/shoulders sore. It also comes with a booklet that shows how to use it/suggests a lot of different workouts to motivate you!Overall great product & super affordable way to work out! 10/10

This is a great equipment if you are looking to tone down and lose weight

Hurts a lot on my neck even days after but other than that it's a decent workout, I don't expect this to last much longer giving it's already starting to strip at the screws. BUY WITH LITTLE EXPECTATIONS!!!!

Amazing. Just a suggestion Please post a longer video on youtube for beginners because i felt so lost. But besides that its worth the money recommended
