These worked perfectly for my use. I paired them with matching colored locks to use as keychains for the keys to the locks on a small treasure adventure. The kids could hook the ends to wear as a bracelet and wore them all day. Good purchase.

The spirals spring back when stretched out and continue to do so after many stretches. The circular keychain measures 1" across. The lobster clasp end rotates 360 degrees. It does not open too easily but is not overly hard either this is to safeguard what you have it clipped to or item clipped on it. The keychain measures 7" from end to end, that is with the lobster clasp and key ring. The description says it can extend to 39" and I find it a little hard pressed to extend it that far without a really hard pull but it can be done. All in all this is a nice set of retractable coil spring keychains.

Depends on what your use for them are. If you’re planning long time of heavy duty use, these aren’t it. The colors are great and the rings easy to pry open to insert keys but I get the feeling the coils will snap if any resistance is out upon it.

These coil springs are exactly what I was expecting. They have the little lobster claw clasp on one end, a split ring keyring on the other and a stretchy coil in the middle.
