A+
The media could not be loaded. The size is great. Details are excellent. Lights and sounds are excellent. The sound for the speaker works great, great sound quality. Have not had it on for very long yet so I can't say how long the battery life is. Price is fair. Very happy with it so far. Looks excellent regardless.

Fabulous gift for your Trekkie
I bought this for my Dad because he needed it even though he didn't know it. It looks amazing and the sound isn't bad. Not sure on battery life as my Dad lives across the country from me and hasn't said anything about it.

Good value
The sound quality is good, it's easy to connect to my phone, and has a decent battery life. The white noise option also helps me fall asleep

Right out of the box was WAY better than expected!
The ship was up to spec unless you look at the weird red outlines on the name plate. I wish they had wired some of the windows on the saucer section, but hey, what can you do? All the engines and the defector dish look amazing when lit up, and the ship is in pristine condition. The sound is good. I used it for music and playing a mobile game. Too loud distorts the sound a bit, almost like feed back. The engine hum feature is great, though! Great looking, good lights, sound..., good? For a light up Enterprise with sound effects, it's cheaper and easier than most build it and wire it yourself models, and you don't have to worry about paint or decals! I didn't buy this for the speaker, though. The speaker is good. The lights and ship with sound effects are great!

Decent model, bad battery life, pricey
The media could not be loaded. I wanted this for Christmas, but no one got it for me, so I ordered it myself. Had it been a gift I wouldn't have been as annoyed with a couple things about it.I thought the nacells looked a little cheesy and cheap seeing as the three LEDs are very separate and visible in the images. They blend better in person. I also very much like all the rest of the lights. You really notice how dark the saucer section is by comparison, but that's okay.My biggest issue is the LED in the port side Bussard collector is faulty. It sometimes just blinks off and on. I have ordered a replacement because of this.Sound quality is decent. As others have stated it does not go extremely loud, but it is a bit better than my phone speaker. The built in sounds are cute, not that I use them. The "sleep mode," engine sounds is literally a 2 second loop. It's ridiculous. You're much meter off YouTubing "Enterprise Bridge Ambience," which is exactly what I do. Hopefully it will get you to sleep in about an hour though, as the battery does not last much longer than that. It does take the same USB C and 5V 3A charger my phone does though, and it lives on my nightstand so it works well there. Also I think it's ingenious and adorable how the charging port integrates perfectly into the deflector dish.It looks like a detailed toy, as others have stated. I wish the bit where the base attaches went INTO the ship rather than there having to be a sleeve for it protruding from the bottom.Basically, I like it. The LED not working as it should on the Bussard collector was very annoying, and I think the price is a bit high, but I plan to use this thing every night, so I can't say I dont like it a lot.

A Bluetooth Enterprise! What a great idea! I love it! Using it for sleep sounds at night. And playing music as I clean the house.

As a fan I love this.
It's not surround sound stereo but for one speaker it's a very nice clear speaker with actually quite good volume production. Way better than I expected. The special effects sounds are just fan-fun add-ons. And we all like glowing lit up starships. The looks are very good. I would prefer the USB plug in from the bottom more out of sight by the stand. But it can be used wirelessly after it's charged. So it's very convenient to move around. It would be nice to have some decoration labels/paint on the underside, but frankly you can't usually see it when it's on the table in use, so it would be a lot of work for minimal gain. I can paint them myself. The model quality is actually really nice, very happy fan.

Incorrect description, takes USB-C Power
The description is wrong, it takes USB-C, not USB Micro.I've only really tested the speaker for a few minutes before I put it in my office at work, but the sound quality is good. The lights are nice and bright, although I wish there was a way to keep them on permanently when it's plugged in.I also wish the bottom had detailing like the top so it can sit on a high shelf, and that the USB port was either inside the stand or at the rear, instead of right in the deflector dish.
