These arrived a day earlier than promised. The box was in good shape and the contents intact. The hardware was in a package attached to the outer box by a ribbon, so easy to find and protected. The frame was wrapped and protected, so it was pristine when I assembled it. The 20 bolts per stool did give my arthritic hands a workout from turning the Allen wrench, but a touch of soap on each bolt made it easier. Assembly was easy; all parts fit together well and aligned the screw holes perfectly. It even came with spare screws in each pack. They look nice at my counter and are sturdy and stable. They are comfortable to sit on. My counter is 36 inches to the top and another inch of height would have been nice, but they actually are adequate. They also fit my decor well. For the low price, they are great. If I planned to use them a lot I would have spent more for something with a back, but these are just for sitting at the counter occasionally and comfortable for that.

I was impressed when I opened the box and began removing the parts. The black cloth banding in the pic was carefully wrapped around the metal stool parts to protect them from damage. All parts were included and they put in a few spare screws, just in case. The quality is good, the seats are soft to the touch and the stools are stable.When you put it together, use the Allen wrench the long way and guide the screw in by holding the Allen wrench with your second hand at the base of the wrench. They were very easy to assemble and I am happy with my purchase and the quality of the stools.

I can't find anything I dislike about these stools. The packaging was excellent, everything was well protected from scratching and breakage. Straightforward instructions and very easy to assemble, I put together all 4 in a little over an hour. Very comfortable and very well made.

Chairs are super comfy and the price was great for 4 of these.

The media could not be loaded.  I love the stools, the only bad thing I notice is that it looks like the thread on the cushion part is about to rip. I just got this yesterday and I really hope they last. I love that the bars are metal and not wood, my old ones were wood and broke easily. I would definitely buy this stools again. The price was great for good stools.

What a great surprise. All metal frame and quality screws which were coated and levelers on each leg. Easy to assemble. Nice look. Will see how they hold up.

These stools are very nice and comfortable and extremely simple to put together. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow.This is not the first time we are purchasing stools. These are by far the best ones yet!!!
