Lovely computer.
Amazing product, 4GB of RAM is what you really need if you need something quick.Was sad I had to return it as I couldnt understand the setup process. But it was a lovely computer design. I recommend buying this computer if need it for school.

DID NOT WORK- DONT BUY
Horrible! Dissapointed. My daughter saved her money and bought this and opened it & it wouldn’t work. It says …Os damage insert a recovery usb drive or sd card . Now she has no laptop and her college courses are about to start. Don’t buy from this individual or whoever sold this to my daughter. It won’t even give me a option for no stars and that’s what this deserves

Keys are difficult to see
This is my second chromebook. They are very easy to set up and use. I gave it 4 stars because of the keys. The keyboard is a light taupe color. The numbers and letters on the keys are grey. This makes them difficult to see. I will get used to it and keep this Chromebook but I would not buy it again for this reason.
