This works great! It does go thru the walls and gave me full signal everywhere. Made live streaming on fire Stick 10x better. No more freezing/buffering or lag. I wasn't sure what to expect out of this, but it solved all our Wi-Fi problems in a house full of devices. Worth every penny. Set up is easy. You connect to it like a new WiFi device and it'll walk you thru signing it on to your WiFi network. After that you just sign back into your regular WiFi (not the extender). No problems after power interrupt. Had for few months now, no issues. Works great! I have 100meg Wi-Fi.

Have had this signal booster for a couple of months now. There are times it needs to be rebooted but it does help provide internet access in rooms not close to my modem.

I got this because my TV buffers terribly on the one app that I watch all the time. It's my second one that I tried. The first one, not so good. This one though, seems much better.Setup was easy, pretty much just plug and play, the app walked me through the steps. it set up a 5G and 2.4G network in addition to the regular on I have. I actually have three networks listed under my original signal. I tried moving it into the room next to the office with the router in it, and I don't know if I did something to mess it up, but it didn't work that well at all, so I put it back in the office, which is about 4' from my router. I live in an older house, not sure what the composition of the walls are.I'm not a tech genius at all, so I'm not sure what the numbers mean, but my TV hasn't buffered once since hooking the gizmo up. The speed test I've run is better on the TV, but not so hot on the desktop or my phone, it's actually been cut in half. But they still run fine on the original Spectrum network, so I'm happy. Someone who actually understands what the numbers and specs mean may think it's subpar, but for my purposes, it is doing exactly what I needed. There maybe ways to utilize the networks separately on each device, but I haven't stumbled across that info yet.For reference, I have 20 different Alexa and smart home plugs and bulbs on my network, plus my desktop,(my primary computer) , and a laptop and 2 tablets that I use occasionally , and an Iphone and watch. I haven't noticed any speed difference in anything else in the house, but your mileage may vary.

Our family game nights used to be interrupted by poor WiFi. Now, with this extender, everyone can connect without any issues. The kids love it, and it makes for a much smoother experience!
